La ubicación. el piso en general no está mal muy acogedor Solo le falta mantenimiento
En muchas cosas el aire acondicionado del pasillo hace mucho ruido . Debajo de la cama había de todo botellas de agua chanclas y mucho polvo. Las sillas del comedor están rotas. En el plato de ducha no había soporte para colgar la manguera estaban rotos.. la tele del salón no tiene YouTube y es muy pequeña teniendo en cuenta que hay un router de fibra debajo de la tele y no se puede aprovechar.. el cerrojo de la ventana de la habitación está roto.. y por último la ventana del salón lo tienen que cambiar a mejor o poner doble ventana porque no se puede descansar teniendo en cuenta que es una calle céntrica y peatonal y que hay mucho ruido toda la noche...
