The apartment has two bedrooms equipped with double beds, including an additional sofa bed for greater flexibility in the living-dining room. It has a full bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer, air conditioning and heat pump to ensure your comfort in any season of the year.



The American kitchen with an island is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, and complete kitchenware. Additionally, it features two televisions (1 Smart TV) and WiFi connection to keep you connected.



Its location is unbeatable: in the heart of the Old Town, 150 metres from Levante Beach and 200 metres from an Eroski Consum supermarket. You can enjoy nearby restaurants and cafés, and it is a short distance from parks such as L'Aigüera Park and Elche Park.

Great flat in the old Town and in a quiet street overlooking the shops. No night time revelers and most importantly no noise from the bars emptying their bottle bins at 2am , which is not officially permitted. Can't fault the place. My only point I would make is some instructions on how to operate the hob and combination electric oven and microwave would of been handy. The staff talked us through the hob, but we never managed to get the microwave working.
