Private apartment in the Old Town "Center&Beach"

Good location, compact but well equipped apartment. Clean and tidy.

I said I was arriving at 10pm. The lady turned up at 10.05pm then told me to pay 20euros because it was after 10pm! The one window opening was in the bathroom which people could look in as you were showering. The front door had a small hatch to open but people could look into room, the front window and bedroom window didn't open, so I had to keep the aircon on low. There was a remote for the free-view which ran out of charge, but no charging cable, so I bought one. The lady did say if I had the receipt she could refund me, but I didn't keep the receipt. The bedding did not cover the bed, so I made it with extra bedding placed on the bed sideways to cover it. There was scaffolding to the rear of the building where work was going on. There were men drinking and doing drugs on several nights behind the scaffold and urinating in the back alley. You could smell the urine when the bathroom window was open.

Me gustó mucho. Muy buena ubicación. Y tiene todo lo necesario. Y el anfitrión muy bien.

Un poco de ruido, porque había obras en las dos calles. Por la noche no hay ruido, se duerme muy bien.

Location good although the entry door is on the street I enjoyed people walking past. 2 deck chairs on the street and a cup of tea people watching was brilliant.

Very noisy the stairs to the flat above where very loud.

l'humidité, on versait l'humidificateur 3 fois par jour, le logement sur la rue, toute les nuits, je me levais pour faire taire les gens qui braillaient, jouaient au foot contre nos murs, le matin je ramaissais des canettes vides dans la salle de bain. Pas d'espace pour déjeuner, étendre le linge. les photos ne correspondaient pas au logement car mélangé avec l'apppart dessus. la clim fuyait. les proprios sont venus la réparer 1 première et la seconde je l'ai réparé seule.
