Very good location that connects you really easy with everything. The hosts are really nice and available for any question you may have.

No elevator to go to the third floor and you can hear the others from the next rooms. The shower was too small but the room felt nice and cosy.

Beautiful property in a great location. Sensitively upgraded with the original features intact. Spotlessly clean. We stayed in the family suite which was very spacious and wonderfully bright, with lots of natural light from its dual aspect. Loads of storage space and a great Nespresso machine with a supply of coffee pods, regularly replenished. A kettle and tea-bags also for tea drinkers. Centrally located in Ixelles next to Flagey, with great public transport within walking distance, and fabulous parks and an abundance of lovely restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Really quiet despite being on a city street. We spent a week here and loved it. It was a lovely comfortable space to return to each day. Samira was there to check us in as arranged and we met her a couple of times during our stay. She was so courteous and responsive to everything we required.

Location Cleanliness well equipped kitchen beatiful garden sitting and great vibes in the place. The manager Samira was very helpful. Value for money.

Our room was on the 3rd floor which didnt have a lift. If we would have been informed earlier, we would have taken the room on the 1st floor.

Lot of space, cosy design

No toilet door!!! And the shower and water closet are in front of each other in a small common space so once has got a shower you’ll have wet legs with every wc visit… and no hooks for towels

Claire was extremely welcoming, helpful and gentle. She provided a list with places to visit, eat and drink. The guesthouse was clean and Claire, being proactive, provided a fan for high temperatures, which was very handy.

Friendly, low key and comfortable.

The room was lovely, and everything was very clean. The coffee making facilities were very welcome, as was access to the garden. There was a slight hiccup when we arrived, which wasn't the owner's fault, but this was sorted out very quickly. The staff member we met was absolutely lovely.

There are a lot of stairs, but this is made clear in the listing, and won't be a problem for most people.

I wish we had another night to enjoy the place.

I liked everything. Spotless clean, has everything, quiet, spacious, I especially appreciated the living room area for when we were too tired to be out but not tired enough to go to bed.

Everything was perfect for me. For certain people, it may matter which room you book. Our room was the top floor road side. It was a warm evening of a warm day. I prefer it this way, but some people may find it too hot (I am not sure whether there is an AC). We had the windows open all night, but this meant that once it was 5 am, there was a fair bit of car sounds. Again, this doesn’t bother me, and likely if you book the garden side it would not be an issue.

The room was clean, simple, and comfortable. I don't watch television when I travel so I didn't miss TV. There is none in the room

I would have prepared a showerhead and some enclosure. I had to be careful to be sure the water stayed in the tub.

Very Pleasant Stay in a Lively Neighbourhood of Brussels

Claire contacted me in advance and was present for both check-in and check-out. She was very proactive and welcoming. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the backyard was lovely. The house is also conveniently located, close to both the bus stop and train station, making it easy to get around.

Perfect place for a stylish retreat.

The accommodation was amazing, clean, elegant, with great character features. The Large family room was perfect and exceeded my expectations it was a beautiful space. The communication with the owner Claire was very personal she made sure we were equipped with recommendations for the local area, such as good restaurants and shopping. The service was impeccable, I would definitely, recommend this accommodation and plan to visit again. The location was perfect we were able to walk to all the shops, both High street and High end. This Guesthouse is 10/10 for us.

A chic house in the heart of the Brussel

A clasic and chic house with a garden in the back, to which guests can have access.The host is kind and attentive to the house guests. The house is located in the most dynamic area of the city, with many bars and restaurants with various specialties.

Location is not very lucky for car parking. There is posibilities but very hard to find a place near at the house. Not even with money.

Perfect holidays in Brussels

We have one word for this place: EXCEPTIONAL. Every day waking up and coming back to this place felt like home. The room was sparkling clean, bright, and cozy. Breakfast exceeded all our expectations. The owners went out of their way to cater to our vegan diet. Everyday there was something new, fresh and exciting. They even brought us pie for my wife‘s birthday. They’re happy to offer recommendations on what to see and do around the city. The location is the best in Brussels. The neighborhood is hip and full of amazing bars, restaurants, and stores. Highly recommended!

A fost cea mai proasta experiența a mea de pe booking.

Doamna care ne-a întâlnit a fost foarte plăcută. Era personal angajat special pentru checkin. Design drăguț al casei și apartamentului.

Gazda a fost foarte arogantă, nu ieșea la întâmpinare deloc. A încercat să anuleze rezervarea pentru ca nu am ajuns exact la ora anunțată, deși nu am fost prevenită ca checkin poate fi făcut doar cu programare. Izolarea fonica oribilă a clădirii. Îți auzi fiecare vecin orice nu ar face. Baia este groaznică, se aude totul în baie. Nu ai unde să-ți lași hainele când mergi la duș, pentru ca nu ai spațiu pentru asta. Pentru o noapte poate fi ok, dar pentru mai multe zile este imposibil să te simți confortabil acolo.

Très beau Guest House et très bien situé. Elégant, chambre et salle de bain spacieuse, lit très confortable Le petit plus cette jolie kitchenette sur le palier pour se faire petit thé. Personnel sympathique et chaleureux

Un peu compliqué mon arrivée car après 19h. Pas anticipé que c'était un établissement tout en hauteur et ma chambre était au dernier étage Et j'avais un filté d'eau dans ma salle de bain (pommeau entartré, mais réparé trop tard car je suis partie avant)

Toilette und Dusche sehr dicht beieinander,so dass d Toilette feucht wurde nach dem Duschen.Ein Wischmop zum Trocknen vor Ort wäre angebracht. Leider fehlte eine Tür vor der Toilette Nur für vertraute Personen 🤭

Eine sehr schöne, gepflegte Unterkunft. Ich hatte das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss, was sehr schön ist, allerdings ohne Klimaanlage (wichtig fuer die heissen Tage wie bei mir). Es ist eine persönliche Unterkunft mit Charme, wo einen der Host beim Check in erwartet. Mir ist es allerdings lieber, es anonymer in einem Hotel / mit komplett flexiblen mit Eincheck Zeiten zu haben.

- unsere Ansprechpartnerin im Voraus & vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - die Räume und der Garten waren groß und schön gepflegt - in direkter Nähe befanden sich: Parkhaus, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafes/ Restaurants - wirkt sehr familär

- WC und offene Dusche waren dicht beieinander und konnten nicht durch eine Tür vom Wohnraum getrennt werden - in diesem Wohn-/Schlafraum befindet sich auch der Kamin, so daß es dort nach Rauch gerochen hat
