Beautiful, clean, big apartment in prime location

The house is beautiful, spacious (2 floors), fully equipped, very clean, perfect location, peaceful area (although its almost in the city center). The instructions to enter the apartment were very clear, no problem at all. The staff is helpful in terms of prompt responses. I appreciate that the apartment was also equipped with all the cleaning equipment including dishwashing liquid, sponge and clothe for drying. Also the toiletteries were complete. These facilities are not normally provided by apartments. Its an execellent value for money. Recommended for family stays. It has all you need.

- Cleaning charges of around 90 € were included in the price that we pay for the apartment (can be checked in invoicing pricing details by booking). However, the instructions inside the apartment clearly warns you of charges of 50 € if the apartment is not left clean while checking out. Although, we were not charged as we always try to leave the apartments in a reasonably clean condition. The instructions in this regard can be made politer and cleaning charges may be taken away. - The instructions on where to throw the garbage were not clear. The garbage dedicated area is near the Fermi street. If you have less garbage it may be dropped in regular bins, which was not the case with us. - No topups for toilet papers. Living for 5 days with kids who stayed at the house for almost 20 hours each day, the quantity provided was less and the topup request was not accepted. It is usually not a problem at other apartment properties. - Provision of electric kettle would be a plus.

The need to have to go to the rental office to collect the keys,then get across town to the property. then on leaving,to have to leave city tax with the keys and photograph to prove you had done it.Why oh why could they not take that money at the office when we collected the keys?

Disappointing

The location

The bathrooms were not cleaned, the room full of spiders and dust. The place doesn’t have a luggage room, the staff was not very friendly when asked for help. Sorry for the bad review.

Wonderful journey in the beautiful Pisa, in a good location, beautiful memories.

Very well situated, 5 minutes from the Tour of Pisa, next to a lot of good restaurants with terraces and very interesting shops where to find your souvenirs. Nice cosy apartment, with a nice comfortable living and with reasonable spacious rooms, any room with each bathroom. Impeccable bathroom, with everything provided, even washing machine. Very quiet neighbourhood, beautiful also, houses with gardens and windows full of magnificent flowers, especially the wonderful jasmine. Easy to reach the apartment, as Pisa is not a big town, half an hour by foot from the airport, 10-15 min by foot from the railway station. The host very prompt in answering to our questions.

In the room at the ground flour, the windows were small, situated in the upper wall, impossible to reach them for open just to have some fresh air of the night. The bed was very soft, which for some people with back issue, as me, is not the best. Otherwise, the bed upstairs, no complain. Some leaks from the roof, and a light smell of mold.

We would have loved a larger coffee pot and some mugs for the coffee. Otherwise it was very comfortable and quiet and a great location. Thank you so much would recommended and would stay again. :)

Unforgettable holiday

The location. On the quiet street few minutes by walk from the famous Pisa landmarks on la Piazza dei Miracoli, supermarket Carrefour and Santa Maria street which is popular for its restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment. It is very cozy and exceptionally clean. Divided on 2 floors, with 2 fully equipped bathrooms, AC’s and the heaters are in every room of the apartment. We’ll equipped kitchen. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and there was enough space for all us. The host. It’s the last but not the least. I was in contact with Carmen even before coming to Pisa as my travel plans were changing and she was very understanding. Throughout our stay Carmen was extremely helpful. We felt very much looked after. Want to thank her for all the help and care.

Great location

This property is in a great location between rail station and the Leaning tower. Property really clean and very well facilitated with equipment. Eg hair dryer , pots / pans, if required, and decent cutlery and Delph ware. Plenty of hot water and well functioning showers and toilets. Linen and bath towels all available. My sister joined me for 2 nights on this trip and was facilitated with no extra charge . I know I had booked the full apartment but sometimes sharp practice and some greed can spoil this. But NOT an issue here, and this much appreciated.

I had organised early in the booking process to be met by agent at the apartment , with the extra agreed charge of €15 , for 7.15 to 7.30pm on the booking date. This arrangement was changed when confirming details day before arrival. I was advised to get taxi to agents office, key in number on safe lock to collect keys and then get taxi to bring me to property. As a single female traveller I was not happy at all with this change of plan. Was dark and wet on arrival and first taxi refused to take me. I had a wait a while for another taxi to arrive.I was not comfortable with this process as one of reasons for booking this apartment was the arrangement to meet agent at the apartment which was located close to the station. Change of policy on key collection should be clear on booking please.

Stay was nice. They should make some arrangements to provide keys at the accommodation.

The location is not too far from the tourist attraction. The house was clean. We could reach the host over phone and WhatsApp.

The location to collect key is too far. We had to spend 30 euro on taxi to collect the key and reach the accommodation. Some of the things described in booking.com was not available! There is no city view at all, no balcony, no drying racks for clothes, no bottle of water.
