Disappointed

The only good thing I can about this place is that it was a close walk to the train station in the morning.

If you book this apartment, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you realize how far the key is from the location of the apartment. It’s a 22 euro taxi ride across town and that’s if you get an awesome taxi driver like we did who waited while we checked in and got the key. The lady who checked us in was rude, telling me “to pay attention because I was going to ask questions and she didn’t want to repeat herself”. When we finally got in to the apartment using the “magic key” (you’ll understand if you book), it was filthy. The maid, who was a few steps behind us on her phone, apologized for not having the apartment cleaned earlier then proceeded to do a poor job of cleaning with us there. It only had one air conditioner upstairs (which dripped all night), so downstairs was hot. I normally make due and don’t write bad reviews, but there was too many things not right with our stay. I don’t recommend staying here unless you like adventure! Also, we all got sick a few days later so...

Lokalizacja super, blisko lotniska około 20 min pieszo i blisko dworca Pisa Centrale. Mieszkanie przestronne, czyste, godne polecenia.

System odbioru kluczy niewygodny dla starszych osób nie polecam trzeba było iść do miasta i odebrać klucze ze skrytki na ścianie po wpisaniu kodu czasochłonne i skomplikowane. Byłyśmy w 3 osoby a w łazience był tylko jeden malutki płyn do kąpieli na 3 osoby na cały pobyt!, w kuchni nie było kawy, herbaty i tylko 1 kieliszek do wina. Uważam, że za tę kwotę takie rzeczy powinny być zapewnione w mieszkaniu. Nakład minimalny a komfort większy...i jeszcze jedno w ofercie na stronie jest napisane Netflix ale my tego nie znalazłyśmy.... tylko włoskie programy

Расположение хорошее - в пешей доступности ЖД- и Авто-вокзал. До продуктового магазина минут 15-20 ходьбы. Закрытая территория - чисто, уютно. Администратор выдававший ключи ответила на все вопросы и подсказала всё, что нас интересовало. Очень порадовало наличие пляжного зонтика и стиральной машины (но стирального порошка/геля нет).

Очень душно - кондиционер только на 2-ом этаже. Чистота посуды желает лучшего - много чего перемыли сами. В шкафу есть кувшин покрытый плесенью... Количество моющих средств на кухне и гигиенических в ванной не рассчитано на количество гостей и дней пребывания. Хотелось бы шкаф для хранения вещей на первом этаже.
