GuestHost - Charming Modern Apartment in Pisa

It was very hot in Pisa during our stay, so the air conditioning in the apartment was our saviour. The shower, the balcony, the dishwasher and the washing machine were a great bonus. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, beautifully furnished, and feels very cosy.

Every night, the neighbours above were terribly noisy: they had two kids about 5-6 years old and the kids were playing loudly and moving something in their apartment until early hours in the morning. It was hard to sleep - the intolerably loud noise continued until 2 am every night. One night, at about midnight, I went to ask them to stop the noise; they said they'd stop it, but in fact it continued until 2 am again. I complained to the property managers; they told me they were unable to help. These kids were running around the house stairs and pressing the bell buttons for hours on end during the daytime.

Central location, comfortable, good laundry facilities, friendly and helpful staff.

Noise from neighbors and outside. It was bearable for me but definitely not for someone who is sensitive to noise when sleeping. Also there were no body wash/shampoo, but not a big deal as there are many shops to buy them nearby.

Ruim en schoon appartement met goede keuken, goede bedden en goede douche. Alle voorzieningen op loopafstand maar dat is bijna vanzelfsprekend voor een compacte stad als Pisa.

De bovenburen zijn ontzettend lawaaierig. Het lijkt wel alsof ze het erom doen. Overdag hoor je ze niet, van 10 uur ‘‘s avonds tot 2 uur “‘s nachts begint het. Vooral onophoudelijke geren en gestamp van kinderen. Ontzettend jammer voor de verhuurder want het appartement an sich is best oké. Ook het gezamenlijke trappenhuis werd tijdens ons verblijf best goed schoongehouden.

Proximity to railway station. Apartment is spacious and L ooks newly renovated

Poor Insulation - can hear road noise, upper apartments loud and banging noise starts past 22:00 to even after 12:00am, smell of cooking from downstairs can be smelled inside, lobby is filthy. Location of apartment is at a corner street and at 3rd floor.
