A decent place for one night stay , but not ideal for a longer stay.

A well-divided and well-located apartment.

The apartment was not very clean, one of the toilets wasn’t working, the fridge was dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell in the rooms. Some of the issues were resolved after we spoke with the owner.

Ok, for a short stay.

Spacious and at a great location.

One of the bathrooms was blocked and you couldn’t use it. This was not communicated, so we were lucky enough for not having a fluid. In the same bathroom the flush had an electric mechanism placed in the badroom located behind it. It was very noisy!!! At the second bathroom was not possible to have a shower with the water at normal temperature. Is was going from boiling hot to cold and vice versa without moving the tap!!

This place is very nice. Totally recommend it for stay in Pisa.

Location is good - close to train station and walking distance to the leaning tower of Pisa. We were family with five children (three of them boys) and the neighbor lady downstairs asked us to keep it a bit more quite. Nearby are restaurants, grocery store and everything else you need. The apartment is spacious, clean and looks good. Beds were comfortable. Very nice way how to put toiletry - in small bags. Internet worked very well (not everywhere in Italy it was so). Hosts were kind and it was so easy to communicate with them.

Only couple of things you can't change - the walls and ceilings are extremely thin. The elevator was hardly big enough for me and small strollers. One of two bathroom doors were stuck and could not be closed.

Not a pleasant experience so far

We were 2 families, did stay here for 3 nights couple of weeks ago. There were few good aspects about this place, but all of them were undermined by the an issue we faced which made our overall experience of stay at this place very ordinary. The morning of our day 2 (We had checked in very late night on day 1), one of the bathrooms was completely clogged, making both shower and toilet unusable, forcing all of us to use the other bathroom. While this was unfortunate incident, the manner in which this issue was handled needs some definite improvement, as there was neither an accountability, nor empathy shown to be in customer's shoes. We were hoping for either of the 2 options to solve this -> a) have the issue fixed on priority or b) provide us with an alternate accommodation. We had initially reached out to the support staff to get the issue fixed - who was ok and quick to respond, did get housekeeping and a technician, while we were out during the day 2 and day 3.. However, the problem never got resolved until our check out. When we took this to the main host/supervisor, she passed the buck, asking us to connect with Booking.com and find an accommodation ourselves. To make things worse, we were also blamed for creating the issue... This is where I would urge Booking.com to look into this matter, have a better process in place, to gather point of views of the host and guest... to ensure these matters are handled professionally and do not allow a given party to take the other for a ride by drawing hasty conclusions!

Yes, the description mentioned that there is no air-condition. But I would strongly recommend that you install one, which is really required during this kind of summer season, where it is really hot and humid.

Good location near train station.

Very noisy apartment. Annoying noise coming from bathroom after flushing the toilet or taking shower. The noise is coming on the near bedroom. Uncomfortable beds. Bad smell coming into the bedroom from the bathroom. Old furniture and facilities. Not recommended.

Awesome stay in Pisa

This place is certainly recommended: Location: 5 minute walk to Pisa central station. 20 minute walk to the tower of pisa. 3 minute walk to the shopping street. Cleanliness: perfect. We stayed at this place with 7 people and we were extremely happy with it. We will surely come back!

Terrible stench from the bathroom, no water pressure and impossible to take a shower, uncomfortable beds, the floor is raised in several places so it is difficult to close the door, it was terribly cold when we arrived, it only warmed up when we left, the electricity went out during our stay so the owner sent us to the basement to look for switches, there were none there, but she didn't believe it, so she sent us several times and only after half an hour did she send a worker who managed to fix it after an hour... if you have the opportunity, avoid this apartment

Spacious apartment

Overall we liked this apartment, preferred to hotel which we'd stayed previously in Pisa. Location close to train station, bars & restaurants. Loved Pisa, its so easy,there's tourist things to see, lots of bars & restaurants, all good value. Apartment is spacious, quite clean. Host was very quick to respond, even when I struggled to find linen for sofa beds that was all in different places. She messaged back late into the evening.

There are a few things in the apartment that weren't great - shower- water pressure not great, temp changed to hot / cold so this should really be looked at. Could only use 1 shower, 2nd bathroom you could only really use the bath. Bad smells coming from 2nd bathroom. Ran the taps as thought not been used for a while, but really smelt the whole time. 2nd bedroom musty smell also, so we left windows open. Some strange looking stains on the sofa beds/furniture.

Collecting keys and directions was made easy by Carmen who was very helpful. Location great - 5 mins walk from train station and 10 mins drive to airport. Restaurants nearby. Perfect last minute overnighter as flight cancelled. Would love to go back and stay longer !

Modest conditions for the price paid.

Good positioning; spacious enough for 6 people; well equipped kitchen.

The fact that you have to travel about 1.5 km to pick up the key (for the price paid, I think someone could move to bring the key to the location) Location difficult to identify (there are no signs to guide you to the apartment); the rooms on the street sound very noisy; lack of air conditioning; obsolete and dysfunctional showers.

No hot water in the shower & incurred extra costs in a taxi to pick up the keys somewhere far away.

The location was good. The internet quality as well.

.-The shower experience was terrible because the hot water was unstable. .-Mattrass was not comfortable. One of the bed legs was not touching the floor, so the bed was unstable. .-We were not clearly informed about having to pick up the keys at the other side of the city. There was a written notification, but not clear enough for such an important inconvenience. A phone call in advance would have been recommended.

La posizione della struttura è ottima, proprio di fronte al murales di Keith Haring e all'inizio di corso Italia (zona pedonale) in pochi minuti si raggiungono i maggiori punti di interesse della città. L'alloggio è grande, spazioso e con molte finestre;

In quanto a pulizia e qualità degli arredi/attrezzature ed accessori dell'immobile , questi non ci siamo proprio. I muri sporchi, coi resti di insetti morti, uccisi dai precedenti inquilini. Il tavolo della cucina rovinato e rigonfiato, uno dei due bagni aveva la doccia a cui mancava un vetro e tutto il mobilio era rovinato, con la laccatura staccata e antine che non si chiudono. I serramenti vecchi e che si scrostano e le zanzariere bucate e sporche.

Está muy bien situado, es muy amplio y luminoso Pudimos dejar las maletas antes de la hora aunque no entramos hasta su hora.

Tenía muchos mosquitos, no se podía abrir las ventanas porque te acribillaban. Las paredes estaban llenas de mosquitos estampados con la mancha de sangre correspondiente, las cortinas y cojines también

Amplio apartamento muy descuidado.

Apartamento con muy buena ubicación, a 5 min de la estación, a 30 min del aeropuerto y a 20 min de la Torre.

Viejo y descuidado, puertas viejas y ruidosas, el parquet levantado, colchones no muy cómodos, las ventanas muy antiguas y se escuchaba todo lo que hacía difícil el descanso. La verdad es que las fotos dan una impresión que no es la realidad

I det stora hela tyckte vi att boendet var helt ok.

Bra läge i Pisa. Stor lägenhet dock lite sliten och kunde varit bättre städad. Hiss finns vilket var skönt då lägenheten ligger på 3:e plan.

Lägenheten finns i ett hus med privat boende (även lyhört) så stor hänsyn måste tas vilket innebär att efter 22 måste man vara tyst. I det stora rummet med två bäddsoffor plågades de som sov där av myggor.

Ottimo appartamento confortevole e in buona posizione

Posizione strategica, vicino al centro e alla stazione. Camere ampie e spaziose, soggiorno comodo e non troppo caldo nelle stanze. Lenzuola e asciugamani compresi. In dotazione anche accessori per la cucina.

Forse una pulizia più accurata dei divani, uno era un po' ridotto male.
