A well-divided and well-located apartment.

The apartment was not very clean, one of the toilets wasn’t working, the fridge was dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell in the rooms. Some of the issues were resolved after we spoke with the owner.

Spacious and at a great location.

One of the bathrooms was blocked and you couldn’t use it. This was not communicated, so we were lucky enough for not having a fluid. In the same bathroom the flush had an electric mechanism placed in the badroom located behind it. It was very noisy!!! At the second bathroom was not possible to have a shower with the water at normal temperature. Is was going from boiling hot to cold and vice versa without moving the tap!!

A great apartment, perfect location.

Location is good - close to train station and walking distance to the leaning tower of Pisa. We were family with five children (three of them boys) and the neighbor lady downstairs asked us to keep it a bit more quite. Nearby are restaurants, grocery store and everything else you need. The apartment is spacious, clean and looks good. Beds were comfortable. Very nice way how to put toiletry - in small bags. Internet worked very well (not everywhere in Italy it was so). Hosts were kind and it was so easy to communicate with them.

Only couple of things you can't change - the walls and ceilings are extremely thin. The elevator was hardly big enough for me and small strollers. One of two bathroom doors were stuck and could not be closed.

We were 2 families, did stay here for 3 nights couple of weeks ago. There were few good aspects about this place, but all of them were undermined by the an issue we faced which made our overall experience of stay at this place very ordinary. The morning of our day 2 (We had checked in very late night on day 1), one of the bathrooms was completely clogged, making both shower and toilet unusable, forcing all of us to use the other bathroom. While this was unfortunate incident, the manner in which this issue was handled needs some definite improvement, as there was neither an accountability, nor empathy shown to be in customer's shoes. We were hoping for either of the 2 options to solve this -> a) have the issue fixed on priority or b) provide us with an alternate accommodation. We had initially reached out to the support staff to get the issue fixed - who was ok and quick to respond, did get housekeeping and a technician, while we were out during the day 2 and day 3.. However, the problem never got resolved until our check out. When we took this to the main host/supervisor, she passed the buck, asking us to connect with Booking.com and find an accommodation ourselves. To make things worse, we were also blamed for creating the issue... This is where I would urge Booking.com to look into this matter, have a better process in place, to gather point of views of the host and guest... to ensure these matters are handled professionally and do not allow a given party to take the other for a ride by drawing hasty conclusions!

Yes, the description mentioned that there is no air-condition. But I would strongly recommend that you install one, which is really required during this kind of summer season, where it is really hot and humid.
