Spacious apartment close the the train station

The property is comfy with lots of space and 3 bathrooms, clean and cosy, helpful hosts. It is right next to the train station, in walking distance from the center and tower, walking distance from the airport, very easy to get around.

The apartment was hard to heat in the winter and would get colder especially during the nights. One double bed is not very comfortable.

It was a very spacious apartment for 8 people but we were only 4 so enjoyed the same It is very well maintained and easily accessible from the train station Large screen TV to enjoy the evening was an added advantage Coffee machine was functioning The dining table was huge to have a peaceful dinner

Great family stay outside the center of Pisa

Absolutely great place. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, each with its own TV and A/C. Great attention to detail- we had coffee capsules and a bottle of wine as a gift in the fridge! The owners were so polite to let us check in earlier as we were traveling with a baby.

Nothing. The location is not great, but as we were coming by car, we knew we needed a place further from the city..however, many great restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood and really just 20min walk to the tower!

We loved everything of this apartment, the facilities, the location. It was so spacious and super clean. The hosts were so professional explaining everything to us before our arrival and check in was so easy.

The space was suitable for my family. Checking in process was ok. You will need phone service to use the door unlock feature.

The location of the apartment is fine if you're using the station a lot, but it's not a good location if you are visiting Pisa. The location is in a run-down area. Photos are misleading, especially the balcony photo. The property is in a residential building, and we had a lot of noise from the apartment above. The apartment was not cleaned well, and my son ended up with a fragment of glass in his foot. Cupboards and draws were stuffed with random items. The lock to the bathroom didn't work, and when I informed the agent, I was told that the part wouldn't be available until after our stay.

Good value with good facilities (air con is great) - good location for attractions

I liked the 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom. Apartment was spacious and clean. Good location, 20 minutes to tower, 10 minutes to station, and Google maps said it was a 15 minute walk to airport (we didn't test this one). Kitchen had everything you'd want. ALL bedrooms and living room were air conditioned, massive bonus points for this facility. Although only one remote control is provided to control all the AC units. Remote had to be left in communal room in case it was needed by others, we turned our room AC off at night. Secure access via your phone, worked well, giving access to the key safe for the apartment. Cost of the apartment was good. I received a courtesy call from the owner to check I got into the apartment OK. Good instructions on how to access the apartment block.

I'd like to buy the upstairs occupants slippers as we could hear them walking about (and dropping things), but to be fair they weren't noisy at night, and we did get a good night's sleep. The area the apartment is situated in is not the best. I'm not a fan of having to remove your own rubbish and take it to the communal bins in the street, I'm on holiday and I don't want to do this. I don't see why the cleaners can't do this. I'm not a fan of online check in either, providing passport details etc online, this is a faff. But I suppose this is a remnant of Covid and it probably helps the owners by not having to be present when you arrive.

Excellent value for money, very spacious and lovely host

Excellent value for money, very clean and the three bathrooms were fantastic for 3 couples. The location was also quite convenient, very close to the train station so we were able to go on many day trips easily. There's also a Carrefour Express close by which was also convenient. The host was also great to communicate with, very quick to respond and the check in was easy and quick, also contactless so you can get in anytime you get there (after 4PM).

The mosquitos were ruthless during the time we were there so better nets for the balconies would be great but this definitely can be resolved with some bug spray or pluggable mosquito repellents (they can actually be found at the Carrefour mentioned earlier) Since it's quite close to the airport, the airplanes are a bit loud but fortunately there aren't any departures/arrivals late in the night. None of these are the fault of the owner of course, so not subtracting from the rating.

Lovely stay in a great location within Pisa!

It was very tidy and well presented. Comfortable and sizeable bedrooms too Modern apartment in a great location. Furthermore, our host was very attentive and helpful with local recommendations or if there was any problem with the apartment.

Could have done with a kettle for making tea, but this is maybe a ‘British’ thing. Not much sound-proofing from upstairs, however this is not the fault of the hosts.

The apartment was nice and clean. The location was very convenient to the train station and airport. The host was available to help throughout our stay.

The check in was a bit more difficult than we expected because our phone service was not working like we planned so we had to go to a nearby cafe to get wifi. You should be sure you will have phone service for check in.

Great location, a comfortable, clean apart e t

The separate bathrooms for each of the bedrooms was great! It was only 5 mins walk to the train station which was perfect for exploring nearby areas of Cinque Terre, Florence and Siena. It was also a short walk to the city centre, with many shops and restaurants, and of course, the leaning tower!

There was a bit of noise from children running around in an apartment close by but it didn’t detract from our enjoyment.

Very nice and clean. With big rooms and 3 bathrooms it is a good option for a family. The host was very kind and helpful. The location is not in the center of the city but since Pisa is a small city it did not take too long to get to the tower. You can find all you need close by.

Una casa bella e comoda vicino alla Stazione di Pisa

La casa è molto bella, spaziosa e accogliente, cucina dotata di tutto, salottino con TV, le camere sono confortevoli i letti comodi ogni camera ha il suo bagno, comodità e servizi della casa veramente TOP! Noi l'abbiamo scelta per la vicinanza alla stazione perchè dista veramente 5 minuti a piedi, mentre per il centro è una bella e piacevole passeggiata per Corso Italia fino alla Piazza dei Miracoli circa mezz'ora considerando qualche sosta shopping! Sicuro ci sono i mezzi di superficie ma a noi piace camminare quindi non li abbiamo usati. Una menzionare particolare per la gentilezza e la disponibilità delle 2 ragazze dell'agenzia contattate telefonicamente che si sono prontamente prestate a dare supporto per la presa in carico delle chiavi e per la procedura di accesso, che è comunque molto facile e intuitiva.

Purtroppo pur avendo chiesto il chech-in anticipato di qualche ora non è stato possibile, ne avremmo avuto la necessità perchè arrivando in treno da Roma e Genova e dovendo poi andare a Viareggio per il carnevale avremmo gradito poter entrare prima in casa per lasciare i bagagli e magari rinfrescarsi prima di riprendere il treno per Viareggio visto che comunque saremmo tornati la sera tardi, come poi è successo. Ho trovato inoltre le procedura di registrazione degli ospiti veramente macchinosa e a tratti superflua e ripetitiva, in quanto era necessario registrare sul tool dell'agenzia tutti i dati di ogni ospite, nel nostro caso eravamo in 8 in tre schermate separate, e poi caricare il documento di riconoscimento che riportava gli stessi dati inseriti nelle schermate precedenti, con relativo selfie finale dell'ospite principale, ci ho perso 2 ore, bastava inviare solo i documenti di ogni ospite e l'agenzia ne avrebbe ricavato tutte le informazioni necessarie.

Super lokalizacja - z lotniska do apartamentu doszliśmy całą rodziną na piechotę. Apartament położony jest blisko dworca kolejowego, więc jest idealną bazą do zwiedzania okolicznych miast i miasteczek - to zdecydowany atut tego miejsca. Apartament czysty, zadbany, komfortowy. Przestronne pokoje, 3 łazienki. Wygodny salon połączony z jadalnią to idealne miejsce do spędzania czasu razem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Polecam 😊
