Do not stay here! It was colder in the room than outside! I do not recommend it! I slept in the cold and the host didn’t care!

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

If it is possible to give a rating of 0, I would give it. First, the owners did not answer our phone at 8 o'clock in the evening, which was not late at all, because we did not get along at first. Secondly, the room was so dirty that we hated to take a bath. Hairs and dust were everywhere, the floors were catastrophically dirty. Thirdly, the air conditioner did not work for heating, because it was cold, it only blew out cold air. When I sent them messages in the evening, no one answered me, not even in the morning, only when I sent them additional messages at 12 in the afternoon. They said that they would come to clean, and that as for the air conditioning, turn on the radiators to 5 and it would heat, but the radiators didn't work either. The room was supposedly cleaned, but dirt was still everywhere. I have been traveling all over Europe for years and this is the first time I have experienced such dirty and unsanitary conditions.

Location is pretty convinient for visiting touristic sights.

I recently stayed at this apartment and, unfortunately, the experience was below expectations. Communication regarding the keys was unclear, and both check-in and check-out felt unorganized and stressful. Before even receiving settlement instructions, I was asked to provide excessive personal information, which seemed unnecessary. The staff were often unresponsive and came across as unfriendly. As for the apartment itself, while the location is conveniently close to the city center, it’s extremely noisy due to heavy traffic nearby. The space is quite small, uncomfortable, and lacks many basic facilities. There’s no sound insulation, so noise from neighbors is constant, and the entrance lock is unusually loud. Essential items like washing machine liquids or even basic kitchen supplies were missing. To make matters worse, nights were nearly sleepless because of mosquitos and the lack of preventive measures. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless improvements are made in both service and accommodation quality.

Pisa guesthouse house

The room was big, bright, spacious and carefully thought out with a great en suite. The bed was extremely comfortable. It's in the perfect location to visit the tower, and there are shops, a small market, transport and restaurants all within easy reach. It is also easy to get into town.

This is not the fault of the owners but being next to the shared kitchen, we found it quite noisy at times. A lay in was not an option. A real shame because it scores so highly in every other sense.

I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Pisa.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartments in Pisa! The place was exceptionally clean. The location was ideal as it was very close to the main attractions of the city, including the iconic Leaning Tower of Pisa, as well as the supermarkets and good transport links. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive. They answered all our questions promptly and dealt efficiently with any minor issues that arose during our stay. A perfect combination of cleanliness, location and excellent service!

One suggestion for improvement would be to provide multiple electronic keys for families. This would be even more convenient for larger groups or families who may need separate access at different times.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che la cucina fosse comune, non era chiaro su booking altrimenti non l’avrei prenotata. I riscaldamenti si accendevano solo la mattina è un po’ che il pomeriggio , passavamo l’intera giornata fuori trovavamo la sera la casa a 13° Vero è che nella camera è presente una pompa di calore, ma è anche vero che non riscalda allo stesso modo dei termosifoni e poiché la pompa di calore era solo in camera, il bagno era congelato. Inoltre, nello spazio comune, ovvero la cucina, la temperatura era bassissima tant’è che una turista teneva acceso il forno per riscaldare la stanza Ho provato a mandare un messaggio all’host, il quale non mi ha mai risposto Oltretutto, la camera si aveva due letti matrimoniali, dove potevano dormire quattro persone, ma non è adatta a contenere valigie, vestiti per quattro persone E il bagno risulta piccolino

Host inesistente Luci automatiche che con porte chiuse dall’interno della stanza si accendono da sole a tutte le ore della notte così non permettendo di riposare al meglio . Condizionatore collegato con la scheda dell’accensione della luce così da non permettere alla stanza di riscaldarsi e quindi trovarla calda all’ arrivo e al rientro in camera ogni qualvolta che si desiderava . Solo un cambio di asciugamani non elencati nella descrizione della prenotazione e avendo contattato il “personale “se così si può chiamare…ci è stato detto che se volevamo cambiare asciugamano, lenzuola o avere la stanza pulita dovevamo pagare extra ! Un altra cosa importante, nel 2026 un solo rotolo di carta igienica con un soggiorno di una settimana !! E alla nostra richiesta di averne altra in quanto mancava , non ci hanno degnato nemmeno di una risposta. In bagno odore sgradevole di fogna che nemmeno l’aspiratore riusciva a cambiarla L’unica nota positiva è la posizione strategica rispetto ai luoghi da visitare nonostante il rumore delle aperture porte interne e portone d’ingresso degli altri coinquilini. Assolutamente non consigliato! Ah dimenticavo, né shampoo e né bagnoschiuma e al check out ci è stato chiesto di svuotare i cestini dell immondizia e togliere le lenzuola . NON CONSIGLIATO!!

Bequemes Bett. Das Bad war auch in Ordnung. Sehr gute Küche. Gutes Wifi. Der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend. Ich konnte spontan schon früher einchecken. Es liegt dazu sehr zentral, alles ist sehr sauber und der Preis war sehr gut.

Es gab leider keinen Kleiderschrank oder Schubladen - nur eine offene Kleiderstange mit wenigen Kleiderbügeln.

Buvo gerai.

Patiko vieta, - arti traukinių stoties, autobusų gatvės ir bokšto. Servisas atitiko poreikius, buvo visko ko reikėjo; galima naudotis skalbimo mašina, kas aktualu esant itin karštoms dienoms. Personalas suteikė info, kuri padėjo susiorientuoti. Dėkingi, kad galėjom apsistoti anksčiau numatytos valandos, reagavo greitai. Tačiau svarbu turėti WhatsApp programėlę.

Vargino kondicionierius. Gerai, kad jis buvo, bet temeratūra nukrisdavo per žema, nebuvo galima reguliuoti, nors buvo pultelis. Išjungti galima tik išjungus elektrą. Kiek triukšmingai atsidaro bendro naudojimo durys, dėl ko nepatogu vakarais. Sunkiai atsidarė rakto dėžutė.

Pisa al descubierto 😜

La ubicación es lo mejor del alojamiento. Es una habitación muy cerca De la Torre Pisa, bien comunicada con el resto de la ciudad. La propiedad nos ayudó a adelantar la entrada al ir con maletas y estar la habitación ya lista, detalle que agradecemos mucho.

El compartir zonas comunes. Es un piso transformado en 5 habitaciones y una zona común compartida. Sinceramente no lo leímos antes de la reserva, pero fue todo bien y no tuvimos ningún problema.

Abbiamo prenotato una quadrupla e due doppie. Le camere spaziose e luminose. La posizione vicinissima a Piazza del Miracoli. Possibilità di trovare facilmente parcheggio (a pagamento) nelle vie limitrofe.

Una camera aveva un letto matrimoniale alla francese (più piccolo) che non ci ha permesso di dormire comodamente in due. La cosa in sé potrebbe non essere un tema, ma non era stato indicato al momento della prenotazione.

La stanza era estremamente rumorosa a causa della scarsa qualità degli infissi e della mancanza di insonorizzazione. Posta lungo una strada a veloce scorrimento era impossibile dormire per il rumore delle auto. La stanza era piena di zanzare.
