Lovely apartment with great location

The location is excellent, a short walk to most sites. Has parking onsite outside the ZTL zone which was a huge advantage. It was really cold for us one day and the heating was quick and kept us comfortable. We didn’t use the garden area - but I imagine in good weather it will be a perfect spot.

Italian vibes apartment in the centre of Pisa

Lovely Italian vibes apartment with a modern interior. Parking, a little outdoor space, good communication from the host and a lovely delicatessen just around the corner.

A few mosquitos around the terrace, otherwise, all good!

Incredible place in a great location!

The location is so great, a short walk to the Tower of Pisa and restaurants. So easy to get around and see beautiful Pisa. We absolutely loved the apartment! It is spacious, clean and the decor was great! It felt so authentically Italian and we enjoyed taking pictures in every room lol.

Nearly perfect Pisa

Great check-in and communication. In good location for attractions and rail links. Air Conditioning unit in the double room was excellent. Lovely old building with a great vibe.

Shower hose fitting is not ideal as it kinks and stops the water flow. Power sockets were old and not compatible with modern travel adaptor.

Amazing place with home-like atmosphere

Very cosy, stylish, spacious and nicely furnished place which had everything that we needed. Great location- walking distance from the Pisa tower. I felt at home and would definitely stay there again if I return to Pisa.

A nice property within a shortish walk to the middle of Pisa.

Really lovely Italian home. Kitchen was well equipped and very clean everywhere.

It was extremely hot weather, the air conditioning unit in the main bedroom was not very effective and only one other fan in the single room. The shower was just a trickle, not good as we were so hot. We would have liked some local information, map, brochures bus time tables etc.

Pretty little town house on a quiet sidestreet. Homely, comfortable feeling. Well equipped kitchen, leading on to private outdoor seating area. Interesting decor and artwork. Complimentary beverages and toiletries were appreciated.

Not obvious on how to unlock the main door, we had to call the owner back. Couldn’t find a remote to make the air conditioning work. Some insect screens missing or broken. Tiny shower.

Quirky Town House

Wow, what a find! The house is quirky and very comfortable with original features. Heating system very efficient; can't beat the old style radiators. New fitted kitchen that was very well equipped with quality pots, pans, mugs, glasses and utensils. The shower was small, but OK for us. Communication with Chiara was excellent throughout.

Unique opportunity to live in a 1934 built house

Unfortunately, we arrived at a day with stormy weather and heavy rain. The small room was full of water, so first step was to clean and dry the floor. Also the shower has seen better times. Hope, the landlord can get the shower repaired.

Charming house, typically Italian, decorated with flair.

The house is about 10 minutes walk from the tower, and 5 minutes walk from restaurants (we particularly liked I Santi). A little grocery sells croissants etc for breakfast nearby. The host provided coffee. The house is charming, the beds comfortable, the shower hot. (The cubicle is fairly small.) The small garden was lovely to sit in. There is a little traffic noise if you have the windows open, but didn't disturb sleep. There is air-con. The host was very helpful.

Exceptional

This house is amazing! Cannot think of a better place to stay in Pisa and cannot recommend it enough. It's so spacious, in a beautiful historic building and very well maintained - if anything it looks better than in the photos (I think the kitchen was renovated recently)! It's also super clean, the neighbourhood felt safe and it's about a ten minute walk to the leaning tower and all the other landmarks, shops, etc. There's also a train station a few minutes away. Chiara was such a lovely host, she gave us clear instructions, checked in regularly, helped us book a taxi to the airport and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations! We have only one request - that she add an extra bed in the house so we can come back with friends and family :)

Great location, communication and sparkling clean.

The host was very communicative and helpful. The location is great, just 10 minutes walk to the Pisa tower. The place was one of the cleanest we visited during our short term rentals over all. You will feel yourself in an authentic atmosphere with all the comfort. The photos by today don't show the place enough as the kitchen was renewed. Chiara's mother was so kind to take us to train station and it was a really pleasant and unexpected bonus to already perfect stay. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved staying here, wonderful.

Honestly, I can't imagine there's a better place to stay in Pisa. This beautifully maintained 1930s house is absolutely wonderful and we loved spending three days and nights here. The host Chiara is really friendly and helpful, and the communication was great. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked a few times - the nearest large supermarket is a 10 minute walk away. It's a quiet place despite a road junction nearby and has free, private parking outside the house. Location is just on the edge of the historic centre, with the benefit that we didn't have to drive into the centre. The tower that leans is a 7 minute walk. There is a rear garden but thunderstorms (and mosquitoes) kept us out of it. The shower, as others have said, is small, but that didn't bother us at all.

Klimatyczna włoska szeregówka

Ta nieruchomość jest absolutnie zaskakująca. Wynajmując ją myślałem, że to będzie mieszkanie w bloku a okazała się szeregówką. Kuchnia jest wspaniała wyposażona we wszystko co trzeba, w ogrodzie jedliśmy pyszne włoskie śniadania, które sami sobie robiliśmy. Główna sypialnia ma klimatyzację oraz moskitiery, więc można odpocząć po upalnym dniu. Komunikacja miejska w okolicy, do głównych atrakcji kilku minutowy spacer. Spędziliśmy cudowne kilka dni. Dziękujemy!

Jedyne czego brakuje tej nieruchomości do ideału to drobny remont łazienki, wystarczyłoby wymienić kabinę prysznicową i wtedy nierchomość byłaby bez uwag.

Csodálatos, jól felszerelt, hangulatos házikó Pisa szívében. Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, a főbb látványosságok könnyen és gyorsan elérhetőek, pár száz méterre vannak. Tágas, világos, egy csendes utcában helyezkedik el.

Két évessel érkeztünk. Sajnos a lépcső nagyon magas és nincs gyerekzár, így mindig nagyon kellett figyelni hogy nehogy egyedül induljon felfedezni fel vagy le a lépcsőn. Van egy kisszoba egy egyszemélyes ággyal, de ott nem tudtuk altatni a gyereket nehogy leessen az ágyról. Nagyobb gyerekkel viszont nagy jó lehet a külön szoba. Mi most egy utazóággyal oldottuk meg, ami tökéletesen befért a nagyszobába.

La posizione, veramente perfetta, a 2 passi dalla torre. Possibilità di mangiare qualcosa a casa e godersi una serata tranquilla nel giardino.

Giusto qualche presa da sistemare e le zanzariere al piano terra.. Ma niente da non far godere a pieno il soggiorno.

Villino a due passi dal centro

Chiara è stata gentile e disponibile da prima dell'arrivo dandoci informazioni accurate per l'accesso nella casa. Il villino mantiene il suo fascino originale senza perdere le comodità moderne. Il giardinetto privato nel retro permette di godersi le belle giornate, anche solo per un pranzo o una cena. L'estrema vicinanza alla facoltà di ingegneria e al centro sono sicuramente un vantaggio notevole, così come il parcheggio privato nel vialetto antistante la casa.

Il bagno è molto piccolo e non comodissimo per muovercisi dentro, sebbene funzionale e con tutto il necessario.

Квартира отлично лежит (рядом со старым городом и с железнодорожной станцией, потому особенно удобно, если путешествуешь по Тоскане на поезде с базовой стоянкой в Пизе), чистая, уютная. Мы путешествовали втроем – я с мужем, и моя мама. Было оч комфортно! Кухня отлично оборудована, что для нас было принципиально важно. Из-за дождей не успели толком воспользоваться террасой (а она есть и оч симпатичная).

Есть два предупреждения для будущих гостей: 1) Если путешествуете зимой – непременно возьмите с собой теплые носки или домашнюю обувь! В квартире везде плитка, что оптимально для лета, однако в прохладное время года (мы были в дождливом апреле) было очень холодно ногам, особенно на кухне 2) В квартире довольно резкая лестница: пожилым людям или людям с травмированными ногами может быть сложно подниматься. 3) Очень сложно было разобраться, как открыть ставни, чтобы впустить в комнату немного солнечного света.

Séjour très agréable.

L'emplacement de la maison, à moins de 10 minutes de la Places des Miracles. Rue privée très calme, sans circulation. Maisonette authentique et charmante, décorée avec goût et quelques meubles anciens mais aux standards de confort et d'équipement tout à fait modernes. Nous avons apprécié que Chiara nous laisse rester au delà de l'heure de départ le dernier jour.

La cabine de douche est étroite. Il ne faut pas être trop volumineux!

Soggiorno a Pisa

La casa è accogliente, pulita e confortevole. Sono presenti tutti i comfort per un breve e lungo soggiorno, il bagno è piccolo ma con tutto il necessario, la cucina è ben attrezzata e la camera da letto spaziosa. Al nostro arrivo erano presenti delle cialde di caffè e delle bustine di tè caldo. La posizione è perfetta, meno di 10 minuti dai principali monumenti, circa 20 minuti dalla stazione centrale e circa 1km dal centro città. La Signora Chiara è stata molto gentile e disponibile.
