The location is very good and the area is very quiet. The apartment was larger than expected, comfortable, and well equipped. The air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the living room was essential, especially as our stay coincided with a strong heatwave in Italy. It also has two balconies, one facing the inner courtyard and one facing the outside. Highly recommended.

The only aspect that could be improved is the cleaning. Visually, the apartment looked fine, but during our stay we noticed that the cleaning had been somewhat superficial.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the communication before my arrival. From the time of booking until the actual check-in, I was asked five times to confirm the same information about my arrival time. Each time, I received a reply thanking me for confirming it, yet the same question kept coming back. The last time I answered it was only about 10 minutes before my arrival. The number of repeated messages was extremely annoying and unnecessarily made the beginning of my stay stressful. I was so frustrated with the communication that at one point I was seriously considering not checking in at all. Moreover, despite repeatedly confirming my arrival time, the check-in itself did not go smoothly. At the agreed time, I received a message apologising for a delay. I travel quite often, but I have never experienced accommodation asking me so many times to confirm exactly the same information. On the positive side, the apartment was spacious and, most importantly, air-conditioned, which is a major advantage in Pisa during hot weather. Despite these positives, the overall impression was significantly spoiled by the communication and the organisation of the check-in. I would not choose this accommodation again on a future visit to Pisa.
