Excellent

Initially, I was not very impressed with the agency, as my questions regarding access to the property went unanswered. I had to follow up several times before eventually receiving a rather cold reply, which I feel could have been handled in a more professional and friendly manner. That said, on the day of my arrival, Katia reached out and kindly arranged an early check-in due to the rain and bad weather. Her excellent communication and understanding made a real difference, and I believe she is a true asset to the agency. The apartment itself was very spacious, with plenty of room for me and my daughter. Its location was also ideal—close to the city center and all the main tourist attractions. The only improvement I would suggest is removing the worn couch from the master bedroom, as it does not reflect the overall quality of this otherwise beautiful property. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely choose to rent this property again.

Unacceptable Cleanliness & Poor Communication

Location

As a frequent traveler with my family (Genius Level 2 on Booking.com), I’ve never felt compelled to leave a negative review—until now. The apartment’s floor appeared clean at first glance, but it was shockingly filthy and unhygienic. I spent nearly two hours scrubbing it myself, and the water was still black after the second wash. Worse, the extra blankets provided were also stained and unwashed. When I messaged the host about these issues (including photo evidence of the floors), I was completely ignored—there was no apology or resolution. This lack of accountability is inexcusable. Avoid this property unless you’re prepared to clean it yourself or tolerate subpar hygiene. Photos will accompany this review.

Big flat in the centre of pisa. The big pros is two bathrooms and comfortqble beds.

The apartment/check-in & out process have room for improvement. I would prefer a hotel over it.

The apartment is relatively new, and clean. Location wise it's close to the Pisa Centrale station, so it's easy to travel via train to other places.

First of all, they charge 15euros extra to check-in at the apartment!! While I understand this apartment is managed by an agent, being charged extra for checking in at the apartment is a first for me during my years of traveling. Then, the apartment lacks some basic necessities. To start, they don't provide any shampoo/body wash! For a family staying at the apartment for a trip, our first stop after checking into the apartment was stopping at a supermarket to pick up those toiletries! How inconvenient! It really doesn't cause a few euros to provide those, but it's a big inconvience for us. Also, they provide one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Again, for a family staying at the apartment for a week, do they also expect us to go out and buy toilet papers as well? The kitchen also lacks some necessary utensils in order just to make a simple meal. There are storage places nearby, but some close on weekends. Again, it's great inconvenient to check out with luggage and drag them to a storage place, which could be far, depending on which day of the week you check out!

we loved the space and the freedom it gave us to explore. it was just what we needed to celebrate all together but not on top of each other

getting the keys from the office and then not being able to get to the apartment/ local area due to no cabs or buses going from the office to the apartment top bunk bed was dodgy to get out of not enough toilet roll would be nice for a local map and taxi numbers/ bus routes to be included/ available in the apartment for easy access to attractions and local businesses
