Fab, great location and amazing host

Our host was extremely flexible and very easy to contact regarding our check in time as we were unsure of exact timings due to driving from 3 hours away. We were met and let into the property promptly and Amit checked we were happy with everything before leaving, also assuring us that any problems at all to contact him. The location was great, right in the centre of the city. There is a little bit of street noise but to be expected for location and with windows shut it couldn't be heard. We had fans in every room, very comfortable beds and memory foam pillows which was fab. The kitchen was so well equipt and the space as a whole was perfect for what we needed. Thank you for a great stay and all your help!

Great place to stay for Tower & Pisa

It was a lovely place to stay, nice old building lots of quirky features and comfy beds, big kitchen with dining space and sofa in lounge. I liked the art inside the lounge. Free supply of drinks and snacks. Central not far to walk to the Tower and Cathedral. Amit very helpful. Great supply of fans we managed to keep cool enough.

Communal entrance was a bit dark, there was a light but we couldn’t see the switch in the dark that well. Need to be strong to lug cases up the stairs but it was ok for us.

Wonderful place in Pisa

Excellent location in an old charming building. Availability of coffee maker, coffee caps, tea, sugar, salt, soap etc. - it's priceless for short stay. Kitchen equipped with everything, incl. oven, microwave, washing machine. Beds were comfortable, TV with netflix (logged in), each room has a fan. Communication with the host - perfect (whatsapp channel). Kainat was waiting for us in the late evening with the keys, she was supernice and very helpful! Location in a heart of old town, 8 min walk to Pisa Tower, 15 to central railway station, where you can take a train to Florence, Lukka and other cities. Vis a vis the apt. is a pastry/bakery shop, also selling milk.

It's a flat in an old building, so it has its drawbacks, if someone expects modern solutions. I loved the old times charm, wooden furniture, amazing doors. There is no AC, but good quality fans provided. 1st floor, few stairs to make, no elevator, obviously ;)

Perfect for a short stay close to the Tower

Fabulous location few minutes from the tower and close to places to eat. The host was helpful suggesting where we could get food when we arrived late. And communication was excellent For us it was perfect for a one night stop

Lack of privacy as only one actual bedroom. There is street noise at night so recommend ear plugs for light sleepers

Location is perfect. Nice big apartment. We are are travelling with a toddler and for italy it was pretty child friendly. Amit called and came to meet us the second we arrived. All very stress free.

Floor was a little dirty but we only noticed that as travelling with a little one.

What did I like about the property? I don’t think there’s enough space on this form for me to tell you how magnificent the stay was with these lovely people at their lovely apartment! I requested an early check-in because I was arriving quite early and they couldn’t do enough to accommodate. Our hosts were so much more than people providing accommodations! They did everything they could to make things magnificent! Their apartment was beautiful, and the most comfortable bed and pillows you can imagine! They offered to pick up and transfer to the airport and above all that I had a problem with an airline ticket that I had to go to the airport to deal with and they both took me to the airport, translated at the airport and stayed with me and took me back to the apartment! To say that is above, and beyond the call of duty is so much less than what these people did with her hearts! I plan to return and spend time there and go to many more places in Pisa as I was only there for one night and had no idea the place was so full of history and beauty and magnificent things, and it was all topped off by these wonderful people that I will stay in touch with, and that I consider friends !

I could go on and on about the countless things that I loved about the property and the owners but I think my paragraph before displayed my feelings adequately. I cannot recommend this property or these people more than this! I will go back!

perfect location! 15 minute walk from the train station, caffès nearby, riverfront 2 blocks away, and very short walk to field of miracles. Staff/owner very polite and communicated well. We had a great stay and would love to stay here again.

A stone's throw from the leaning tower, an amazing property and a great host

Everything was perfect. I needed 2 sets of taxis. These were arranged for me and they turned up exactly as planned and the prices were very reasonable. We felt we were staying in a home, not holiday accommodation.

EXCELLENT option when visiting PISA!!

Location is very nice, quite close to the leaning tower of Pisa. Planty of restaurants on the way there. There is a restaurant next to the apartment which offers 20% discount. Food was very good and we had it take-away and we ate it in the apartment. The apartment itself is very nice. Offers a fully functional kitchen. The host was also very nice and welcoming. The apartment was very clean as well.

It's a bit over a km away from the railway station, but I cannot say this is bad as it is directly towards Pisa's main atraction, so you anyway need to go in that direction. We walked it and it went well. (probably you can also take a taxi).

Best place to stay if visiting Pisa with a Gentleman of a host.

Amit was a great host, he met us at the appartment, showed us around, suggested restaurants based on what we were looking for, gave us a nice bottle of wine (For what he thought may have been and inconvenience but was not at all), directed us to the leaning tower, offered vakuable advise on the square next to the apartment and night and even gave us advise on how to easily walk to the train station the next day. He really is a genuine wonder host. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, withbhigh ceilings, a beautiful door and very large rooms very tastef decorated and in a prime and perfect location.

Occasionally noisy outside, but as the apartment doesn't have double glazing, not much can be done about it!
