The location is ideal, the host is responsive and helpful, the space is sizeable. Ohh. And Netflix, Disney, Prime, all available if you have log ins.
It’s basic. The facilities are tired. It’s HOT! Not the hosts fault, but on the 4th floor with mobile air con is not sufficient to cool the apartment. The electricity keeps going off.

Het appartement ligt in het midden van het oude centrum van Pisa. Vlakbij leuke restaurants, barretjes, geletaria’s etc. 7 minuten lopen naar de toren van Pisa.
Hou er rekening mee dat je twee airco’s tegelijkertijd kunt gebruiken. Want anders valt de stroom uit.

Very good location. Easy walking distance to the Leaning Tower and Pisa Centrale Station. Plenty of room in the apartment. Good size kitchen and nice partial view of the tower. Near restaurants and cafes.
Air con is noisy, but we were glad to have it in the main bedroom especially. As stated, there are a lot of steps up to the apartment, so not suitable for those with limited mobility.

The location is very central. Clean.
Looks much better on the photos than real life. The place feels pretty "used". Broken doors, flickering lights, bare bones furniture, sparse kitchen, intermittent sewage smell, no heating. On weekends there is party time directly under your window. The host only writes you to tell you to leave tax money in cash before you leave.
