Perfect apartment for a family trip to Pisa
Fantastic location right beside the river and close to everything. Quiet, spacious apartment with comfy beds and air con. Lift was useful with luggage. Easy check in.
There wasn’t a bowl or plug in the kitchen sink for washing up, but it wasn’t a problem because we dined out at nearby restaurants, so only washing up a few cups and breakfast bowls.

A delightful stay. Large,Comfortable, clean in a perfect location .highly recommended,.
Our family of 5 loved the apt. Having lots of space to relax and 3 separate bedrooms. The beds were super comfortable. The location was fantastic . Close to lots of restaurants, a gelato shop a few steps away! The leaning tower was a 10- 15 minute easy walk through the old town streets.The train station was 10 mins away as well. Sooo very easy and convenient! It truly felt like home!

In a great spot but housekeeping needs attending to & need to fix/update a few things
Wonderful location in the middle of Pisa. Easy walk everywhere & short taxi from the airport
Beds only had a sheet, no mattress protector - not hygienic. One double bed had broken base which wasn’t fixed during our 3 day stay despite asking. Owners clearly knew before we arrived as new base was waiting in lobby. Water in showers either dangerously hot or cold, mixer didn’t work.

Would not recommend Lungarno Bellavista !
Two bathrooms, washing machine and air conditioning
No communication from host when our power went off at 2.30 am . Didn’t return any calls or texts. We had no idea how to check power box !!!!!! Was very hot on top floor !!!!! Dangerous and uncontrollable shower temperature scalded my husband and grandchildren as there was no warm .. only boiling or totally cold . No soap , no tea towels , no mattress protector on one bed . Shower was mouldy !!

Superb
There was a lift, although small is fit for purpose. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was perfect
We booked the apartment for 10 but only 7 were able to come due to a family emergency. We would have been cramped if all 10 of us made it. A couple of the double beds can only sleep 1 person because of broken slats - easily fixed. Good to have lots of aircon units in the apartment, but some are leaking. Spraying for mosquitoes before receiving guests would have been helpful.

nice short stay in spacious flat
good location and spacious flat. nice view and decorations in the roof , quiet and peaceful . easy to visit the town on both sides of the river. close to restaurants
some troubles with hot water to get right temperature and last day the master bedroom shower did not produce hot water . master bedroom bed had some issue in the frame.
