The warm welcome and help given by our Host Tika. She was so helpful when I left my phone in the Taxi on way from Airport. She contacted Taxi company for me and I got my phone back. Only for her help I probably wouldn't have succeeded as I do not speak Italian

We just stayed overnight and it was very comfortable for what we needed. For a longer self catering stay more kitchen utensils would be good

Spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. Had a space for us to store bags after check out so we could still explore the city. Location was close to everything. Provived some snacks and drinks which was such a sweet surprise. We’d absolutely stay here again when in Pisa!

Lots of space, character of the place, great location and peaceful despite being in the centre of town, was helpful to have items for breakfast included- host was very accommodating and let us drop off our luggage in advance of check in -would come again and recommend to others
Bit difficult to find but we were sent instructions but maybe a sign on the black gate would be helpful.

Location is very close to the tower and bustling streets with many bars, restaurants and coffee shops. The two bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen area well equipped.
Access to the property is through one of the bedrooms which was fine for us but may not suit everyone. Construction work is going on next door although it was not an issue for noise or dust etc.
