Easy to find, nice area, cool in temperature and comfortable
It would have been nice to have some fresh items for the breakfast.

Walking distance from the airport to this apartment (30 mins), walking distance from the apartment to the Pisa Tower (156 mins), very close to the city center. The apartment is spacious and comfortable
It was a bit cold in the apartment (end of March) although the heating system was working properly. The breakfast consists of sweet pastries mainly, which you'll find on a table in the kitchen.

Cristina was absolutely lovely and greeted us at the apartment when we arrived
The beds were really comfortable, and the shower had great pressure
We really appreciated having a little balcony to sit out on
My son especially loved the breakfast selection that Cristina had laid out on the kitchen table
She was also incredibly helpful when we struggled to get a taxi to the airport - she even offered to call one for us
Free Wi‑Fi was a nice bonus too
One of the main reasons I chose this apartment was because so many reviews mentioned how close it was to everything. In reality, it turned out to be a good 20–25 minute walk to reach the main bars, shops, and restaurants. I struggle to walk too far, too often owing to a nerve condition. That said, there was a lovely local pizza restaurant just across the road, which we tried on our last night and really enjoyed. There was also a few flights of stairs to climb to get to the top floor apartment

The property location was good and the handover was great. Cristina was friendly and helpful. There were plenty of towels and bedding and the WiFi was good.
Somethings seemed a bit strange e.g the plug for the kettle is over the sink which is not safe. There is a gas safe alarm behind the fridge which is triggered if you touch it with the fridge door. Cristina didn’t want to put the aircon on even though we requested it.
