Great location, very well equipped apartment. Helpful advice from Cristina and responsive to WhatsApp messages. She was very accommodating as we arrived early.
Less sugary breakfast options would be good.

Clean and well presented flat with plenty of space for our group of 8. Great location short walk from the Pisa tower and lots of restaurants and shops. Cristina checked us in and made sure we were comfortable. Also provided a great supply of breakfast items. Would highly recommend.
Property involves step access but no issue for our group.

It would have been nice to have some fresh items for the breakfast.

The property location was good and the handover was great. Cristina was friendly and helpful. There were plenty of towels and bedding and the WiFi was good.
Somethings seemed a bit strange e.g the plug for the kettle is over the sink which is not safe. There is a gas safe alarm behind the fridge which is triggered if you touch it with the fridge door. Cristina didn’t want to put the aircon on even though we requested it.
