My week at Four Shades of Pisa Apartments was wonderful, and I would recommend it to everyone traveling to Pisa.

The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed—fast WiFi, a washing machine, plenty of hot water, a spacious bathroom, air conditioning, and a stove for cooking. The location was excellent—close to the city center, restaurants, and main attractions, yet still quiet at night. Check-in was very easy with self check-in: the staff sent the lockbox code for the keys on the day of arrival, and Federico, the manager, was always kind, friendly, and easy to reach on WhatsApp.

Honestly, there was nothing not to like about my stay at Four Shades of Pisa Apartments. Everything was exactly as the photos.I truly couldn’t find a single issue during my 7-day stay.

All in all, a nice Weekend for the Soul.

The location is good. Free parking is really close - just around the corner. Everything is available in Pisa - within walking distance. The location is quiet - easy to access the highway towards Florence - which we aloso visited.

Apartment has everything you need (a few things were missing in the bathroom), but it is not properly maintained or cleaned. Old wardrobes in the rooms, a rather narrow shower cabin, an unusable towel dryer, a problem with the refrigerator door. It is also not explained well enough how to get the keys from the locker. We were in the apartment in mid-August and the refrigerator as well as air conditioning did not work as it should.

Great 3 nights stay, thanks to Federico

At first glance, the location of the apartment seemed quite intimidating at night — poorly lit and difficult to find, even for a local taxi driver. Upon entering the apartment, things looked even worse: the TV was not working, there was no hot water... However, everything changed once we called the emergency number and Federico, the Apartment Manager, appeared. Not only did he come immediately, despite the late hour, but he also drove me to the nearest restaurant and resolved all the issues by the next morning. Thanks to Federico, our stay turned out to be excellent. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, just a 15-minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

Generally staying in the apartment was manageable, but not a welcoming place.

ground floor was comfortable

quality much worse than in the photos. Surroundings dirty and poorly maintained. Internet was not working and during our stay no one turned up to check it. One window blind fell off. Nearly impossible to speak with the property management on phone (but usually quick reply on whatsapp). Upper "floor" (rather a DIY mezzanine) was tight, low ceiling and very hot. Very few power sockets.

Buona opzione per un breve soggiorno per visitare dintorni di Pisa e Livorno

L'appartamento all'interno è accogliente e vanta di comodo riscaldamento ad aria oltre che di una bella camera matrimoniale con letto comodo e armadio a disposizione.

Mancavano i faretti all'ingresso o meglio probabilmente erano fulminati, così come quelli all'interno. L'area appena fuori l'ingresso dell'appartamento è un poco curata.

Całkowity brak kontaktu z właścicielem!wystawił Nas na minę po wcześniejszym uzgodnieniu godziny przyjazdu telefonicznie z właścicielem-o 23 pocałowaliśmy klamkę!obiekt był zamknięty,pobyt opłacony a my pierwszą noc spędziliśmy na ławce pod krzywą wieżą w Pizie🙈

Hostitel byl velmi ochotný. Když jsem chtěli dodat druhé povlečení a doplnit mýdlo, ještě téhož večera přijel povléknul postela doplnil mýdlo velmi ochotně.

Okolí a nepůsobí moc čistě a přívětivě.

El apartamento estaba sucio, el acceso a la cama era demasiado incómodo, daba cabezada, estaba lleno de mosquitos, una tela de araña en la ventana con una arañita muy simpática, el acceso al apartamento era muy oscuro y el barrio no parecía especialmente seguro.

Es schimmelt neben den Betten. Schwarzer Schimmel unsere Lungen haben es gleich bemerkt. Waren nach 3 tagen dort krank….

Appartamento carino in ottima posizione ma...............

Stanze spaziose, ottimo impianto di riscaldamento, presenza della lavastoviglie anche se non è stata utilizzata, presenza dei climatizzatori anche se non utilizzati.

La pulizia è stato il motivo principale della valutazione deludente, l'illuminzazione delle stanze era inadeguata perchè i faretti non erano funzionanti e ci siamo dovuti accontentare di piantane posizionate nelle stanze, mancavano alcuni utensili da cucina come le teglie, il set di due asciugamani invece di tre visto che siamo in Italia, l'esterno dell'appartamento poco curato

Sarebbe perfetta con alcuni accorgimenti

La casa è molto carina, spaziosa e moda, check in semplice.

I riscaldamenti erano difficili da controllare, mancava il tappo dello scolo della doccia e abbiamo trovato dei calzini sporchi sotto uno dei letti.
