Nice location (15 min on foot from the leaning tower).
Good value for money.
There was parking nearby (paid but cheap for Italian standards).
The place needs some maintenance.
The windows and blinders didn’t close so easily.
There was some sockets in the bedrooms that was out of the wall with the wires showing.
The shower didn’t look too clean.

The location, the area was quiet, the shower worked well and the rooms were big
The property looked old and did not seem properly maintained . A couple of the door handles fell off and two of the sockets in one of the rooms were pulled out of the wall. The handle on the front door is not easy to turn.

Location was excellent and the apartment was clean and decorated in a modern style
We visited in summer so the apartment was very hot throughout the day and all night. The two fans provided a little comfort but it was still quite uncomfortable to sleep in the heat. I acknowledge how expensive air-conditioning is and how hard it would be to install in this apartment so it is what it is.
