Great apartment with plenty of space and quality

The property is very clean and done to the highest standards. The beds are five well, the kitchen and bathrooms were equipped well with the amenities and products. I thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

Only the location could be slightly negative if you don't like city centre noise and it's not the quietest at the nights

If it wasnt for the bug beds it was great

The location was great, and the place was nice

The beds had bed bugs. 2 days after staying we all had bug bed bites all over our bodies. Everywhere was itching and had spots all over our bodies

Good location , great to see the city and easy transport to Florence , Lucca etc

Could not fault the size of the property , open with great space . Kitchen had everything you needed. Great location.

Needs a deep clean - A lot of dust - Window sills and windows very dirty- Toilet pans badly stained - Shower seals need attention, shower badly leaks water and creates puddles on floor. Very dark entrance and lights often won’t go on.

Wonderful

Very satisfied with our stay in Pisa. The apartment is wonderful, located in the pedestrian zone close to all the attractions. The apartment is spacious, neat, clean. Katia greeted us, showed us everything very nicely, and advised us where to go for a delicious meal. Big thanks to Clean BNB.

Exceptional

Men beware this accommodation is a woman's paradise as the property is above Zara and opposite H&M in Pisa's main shopping street. Although a historical property it has all the modern cons from a fully equipped kitchen to a lovely large sitting room all with high ceilings. The property is in the very centre of Pisa but only 10 minutes walk from the train station and less than 25 minutes walk from the airport. The family had a lovely stay.

Due to the location the property can be noisy but this is not the fault of the property owners.

Location. The apartment was specious.

1. There was no mention of a lack of taxi access! This apartment is in a pedestrian-only zone. Walk was hard with luggage. 2. No lift! This was not mentioned in the description of the apartment. 3. Toilet flush was not working and was not fixed despite our intimation to the local agent. 4. The local agent was BAD. Very rude, terribly unhelpful and was not keen to give any information. Turned up at 11 pm one night without warning. 5. The third bedroom had difficult access.

Big bright apartment with friendly host!

Excellent location, friendly helpful host. Property was huge and had air con. We were surprised to find just how much was in the apartment - we needn't have brought hair straighteners, dryer, towels etc! Host was available at all times via WhatsApp and gave us recommendations in where to go. We struggled to find taxis (apart from at the train station and airport). We respectfully asked in Italian a few shop owners where we were buying to help us say the location to the taxi company and they all refused and said they didn't want to help English people. If you're planning a trip to the beach it may be worth booking one back at the same time! We had a big struggle trying to get back from Marina Di Pisa. -there is a bus you can use, but make sure to buy a bus ticket from any shop with a T outside! Around the leaning tower everyone was very lovely- we had lots of cheap, yummy food.

Disappointing

Location was very good and apartment was spacious

There was various factors that were unsatisfactory with the property: - It was up 4 flights of stairs with no lift - The shower floor was mouldy - Hot water always took long to work - No locks on bathroom doors - No windows to air out apartment - Ants around the bins - We had a small lizard come through the balcony door - Although we requested three beds we were only told when entering the property that the third bed wasn’t ready due to the broken aircon. We would’ve preferred that they told us this before the arrival for better organisation.

Wspaniały pobyt!

Super lokalizacja, wyposażenie i przestrzeń w apartamencie.

Jedyny mankament to trudność z wyjściem i wejściem do głównej bramy kamienicy. Mimo, że zamek działam, to i tak trzeba było baaardzo mocno pchnąć (instrukcję pokazał nam sąsiad).

la casa ha degli spazi fantastici, peccato manchi un pochino la cura dei dettagli, dagli appendini in bagno, ad una coperta in più, qualche strofinaccio o un rotolone in cucina o una bottiglia d'acqua magari all' arrivo! le docce vanno ripulite dal calcare, l' acqua non esce bene

Una semana en pleno centro de Pisa

Es muy espacioso, limpio, está muy bien ubicado, en la calle peatonal pleno centro, muchas tiendas y cafeterías, cerca de la estación de trenes y la de autobuses 👌 Katia es muy simpática y siempre dispuesta a ayudar 🙏 Nos encantó la ciudad, la gente, la comida, los vinos, los helados y el café ☕️ Cristallo ☕️ muy buena cafetería en la calle Corso Italia🌞

No hay mosquitero pero mosquitos sí, muchos y pican mucho. No había suficiente papel higiénico ni papel de cocina, faltaban toallas. En el ático falta aire pq la ventana no se abre.

Exceptionnel !

Magnifique ! Appartement exceptionnel en plein cœur de Pise. Tous les commerces sont à proximité. L appartement était très propre et l accueil était parfait. Nous avons eu des difficultés à nous garer mais une fois que nous avons trouvé les rues non réservées aux résidents, nous n avons pas eu de difficultés à stationner. Appartement calme bien qu il soit dans une rue piétonne passante. Climatisation très appréciable ! Bref on reviendra !

Beau, spatieux et fonctionnel à prix modéré

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Bien placé, proche de la gare et du centre-ville. Bien équipé, notamment en cuisine, avec l’ensemble du matériel pour préparer des repas convenablement. Meubles de qualité et confortables. Beaucoup d’espace. Bien aménagé, dans un style sobre et historique. Très beaux vitraux. Pas problème particulier avec le bruit.

Défaut de maintenance dans les salles de bain : robinetterie en cuivre oxydée, porte de douche qui ferme mal, marbres altérés par des taches ferrugineuses. Le réfrigérateur est aussi manifestement en bout de course car il y a une légère fuite d’eau dans le coin en bas à gauche. Il y a aussi beaucoup de moustiques, il faudrait mettre à disposition un répulsif dans les chambres à coucher. Cela dit, ces points faibles sont largement compensés par les avantages pour le prix de location proposé.

Buena ubicación, apartamento mejorable con un buen mantenimiento.

La ubicación en zona céntrica y comercial La entrega de llaves Cocina grande y espaciosa aunque no la utilizamos

- A nuestra llegada la chica que nos entregó las llaves, nos dijo que la calefacción de los radiadores se encendería automáticamente y no fue así, por lo que el apartamento, siendo grande, era frío durante toda la estancia. - La puerta de entrada no se puede cerrar con llave cuando sales, sólo de golpe. La llave gira para cerrar, pero después no la puedes quitar - La puerta que da a la terraza no se puede cerrar, da un cierto sentido de inseguridad. - Enorme mancha de humedad en el techo/pared del dormitorio principal que da también al salón, poco higiénico respirar moho en un dormitorio. - La puerta de la ducha no sella bien y el agua sale fuera por la ranura de la puerta, por lo que tienes que recogerlo con una fregona cuando sales y tampoco hay alfombrilla de baño, has de usar una de la toallas, que queda empapada. Decir también que había un único rollo de papel de wc en uno de los baños, en el otro, no, siendo 4 pax y 2 baños, tenías que llevarlo de uno al otro. - Poca luz en la entrada del edificio y escaleras, por la noche, siendo cuatro mujeres, no daba seguridad. - En la escalera de caracol que sube al dormitorio de arriba faltan barras de hierro de protección, a tener en cuenta si alguien viaja con niños pequeños, podrian caer por esas ranuras. - El plegatín dels sofa cama de arriba es muy incomodo. Con un buen mantenimiento y un poco más de dedicación en los detalles el apartamento podría ser fantástico por su capacidad y ubicación.
