Wonder property

The host Magda is lovely and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble for her. The property was extremely clean and had all the amenities needed, including coffee pods. The location is great; on the quieter side of the river but still so close to everything. Magda’s recommendations are great, must try the bakery round the corner! Christmas decorations nice added touch for that time of the year

I would recommend the apartment

The apartment is very good, a quiet neighbourhood. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location is great, close to city centre, train station, stores and bakery. The host Magda is the best I ever saw. Before we come she send me at least 10 places that we can visit, also all ways how to get the apartment- train, bus, taxi. She also suggested us to visit small towns around Pisa, but unfortunately we didn’t have time. So we are coming back 🫶All restaurants she recommended were very good. Thank you 🤩

Clean comfortable apartment

The owner, Magda, was so helpful, providing information and suggestions and meeting us on arrival. The apartment was extremely clean and spacious. Both the sofa and the bed were comfortable. Ideal position mid way between the train station and the Tower.

Just a couple of small suggestions - it would be nice to have a couple of comfy chairs by the windows so that the view could be enjoyed. And it was unusual to have no work surface/countertop to prepare food on. Also we could find no TV channels in English.

A pleasant 2 night stay for 2 adults and 2 teenagers

River view. Spacious. Staff providing a lot of useful information before arrival. Coffee capsules provided. Haven’t used the cooking utensils but could see small packs of oil and vinegar provided. 15 minutes walk to tower, train station. Also close to bus station which can take you to the beach.

For longer stay a washing machine would be useful.

Beautiful apartment and the best hostess

Beautiful apartment, conveniently located next to the train station (if you want to travel around the area by train). We spent four wonderful days in the apartment, which overlooks the garden. It was very quiet, and it was nice to drink your coffee on the balcony in the morning.Magda had thought of everything - coffee, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, salt, the kitchen had everything you needed. Very clean, comfortable big bed, comfortable pillows. Two air conditioners. Wonderful bathroom.We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but the apartment was ready and the hostess accommodated us, for which we are very grateful, because we were very tired and it was terribly hot outside.I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Magda! I will be back!

Great family stay in Pisa

Magda was a such a kind and caring host. She let us leave our luggage and gave us the keys and later messaged us when the apartment was ready. She also provided instructions where to find good restaurants around. The apartment was very nice and spacious for us and our two kids. Bed was very comfortable. Location is perfect right next to the river. Very close to the leaning tower and to the railway station. Cafe capsules and water were generously provided by our host.

A wonderful place - would definitely stay again!

Great communication from the hosts. Sent lots of useful information, including how to get into the apartment, and places to eat, local supermarkets etc. The apartment is lovely and in a great location, only a 10 minute ride from the airport, train station etc. Lots of shops, bars and cafes/restaurants close by. A 20 minute stroll to 'the tower'. Apartment has a lift (although we didn't need to use it). Big lounge/kitchen/dinner that had everything you need. Great views of the river, especially at sunset. Lots of storage space, plenty of towels, blankets etc also. Good selection of English TV channels. We'd 100% book if we were to go back.

Best of the best!

- Communication with the host was great! The host provided us with so much useful information even before our arrival (such as places to eat, weather info and many others). When we arrived there was an alert for bad weather and the host even told us that we could borrow some umbrellas from the hall of the accommodation. - The check in process was really simple. We arrived at night and the host left us the keys in the box in the front of the building. She gave us all the instructions on how to get the keys and enter the accommodation. Couldn't be easier! :) My only regret is that we didn't meet the host in real life, we discussed on WhatsApp and she was always really kind and helpful! - The apartment was well equipped, we had everything we could need: water bottles, coffee capsules (for the Nespresso espressor in the living room), iron + along with the special table for ironing, hair dryer, sugar, salt, tea, oil, big fridge, toilet paper, shower gel. - The apartment was clean and spacious enough. Also, the balcony was big and has chair on it so you can sit there and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. - The bed was so big and comfy. The sofa from the living room as well! It was so comfortable that it felt more like a bed, not a sofa. - We also felt really safe in the apartment, the surroundings were quiet and we could get the rest we needed! - Also, the location is great!!! It is situated next to the river and it is 10 min walking distance from the Pisa Centrale train station. - There are supermarkets quite nearby and also many options for restaurants.

Exceptional and wonderful

It was beautiful, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The view from the apartment which has a lookout to the river is amazing and the check in was very easy. The Host was very friendly and helpful and was happy to help with any requests. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet and clean apartment.

It is a beautiful apartment with a view of the river. It is quiet, spacious, well-equipped, and feels nearly new. The host is the nicest person, and she is very attentive. She helped me with a sensitive piece of mail and let me stay in the apartment past check-out time until the main arrived.

Take your shower fast, the hot water runs out quickly - but that is an Italian thing in general (I think).

It’s a really stylish apart. Overlooking the river, modern, convenient, quiet. Near all attractions – 10/15 minutes walk. Some small nice shops are nearby too. Delicious! The greatest Plus – the owner. Her advices were very useful, particularly restaurants.

The is no washing machine and dishwasher. But for a short stay that does not make significant problems.

Exceptional

It was a great location 15 minutes walking to the Lean tower and the train station. The flat has everything you need to cook and is well decorated. Magda was friendly and helpful with information .I really recommend staying there.

Una Pisa da scoprire, da un'ottima posizione e un posto confortevole.

L'appartamento è molto grande e spazioso, con una vista sull'Arno stupenda. Nonostante fosse dicembre, l'appartamento era caldo e confortevole, ci sono tanti libri, anche per bambini. Bagno enorme, non finestrato, ma comodo con tutto ciò che può servire. Phon potente come quelli a casa. Tutto molto pulito, ristrutturato da poco e il climatizzatore per il caldo scaldava subito l'ambiente. La posizione è fantastica, 10 minuti dalla stazione e 10 minuti dalla torre di Pisa e tutto il centro storico. Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina, ma era molto pulita. La proprietaria di casa disponibile e all'arrivo ti riempie di tante informazioni utili per la città e l'uso dell'appartamento. Ci ha lasciato anche lo spazio per tenere il passeggino al piano terra, comunque c'è un comodo ascensore per portarlo in appartamento e tanto spazio che non darebbe fastidio anche da tenere in casa. 2 Televisioni enormi, uno per ambiente, non le abbiamo accese, ma dimostra l'attenzione avuta in fase di ristrutturazione dell'appartamento. Complimenti, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Il Wifi non funzionava molto bene. Andava e veniva il segnale. Il divano letto non era molto comodo, ma è pur sempre un divano letto.

El mejor apartamento de Pisa, la mejor anfitriona y la mejor ubicación

Nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta de principio a fin. El apartamento es muy amplio, luminoso y con unas vistas preciosas al río Arno. La ubicación es excelente, ideal para moverse caminando y disfrutar de la ciudad. Todo está completamente renovado y no le falta ningún detalle; se nota el cuidado y el cariño en cada rincón. La limpieza fue impecable, algo que valoramos muchísimo. Queremos destacar especialmente a Magda, que ha sido una anfitriona excepcional. Nos ha ayudado en todo momento, incluso hasta el último minuto, permitiéndonos dejar las mochilas antes de que saliera nuestro vuelo. Además, nos dio muchísimas recomendaciones y estuvo siempre disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Sin duda, un alojamiento totalmente recomendable y al que volveríamos sin pensarlo.

Een prachtig appartement met een uitstekende ligging en een geweldig uitzicht! Het is met enorm veel liefde en zorg verbouwd en onderhouden – alles straalt warmte, sfeer en comfort uit. Super schoon en tot in de kleinste details verzorgd. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, van douchegel, zout en olie tot koffie en thee – zó attent en handig! De sfeer in en rond het appartement is heerlijk ontspannen. Op loopafstand vind je gezellige cafés, lokale bakkerijen met fantastisch ontbijt, en sfeervolle restaurantjes met heerlijk eten. De ligging is ideaal als je de regio wilt verkennen – de trein naar Siena, Lucca, Florence of zelfs het strand vertrekt vlakbij, en de verbindingen zijn uitstekend. De eigenaresse is geweldig: vriendelijk, betrokken en altijd bereid te helpen. Ze gaf ons ontzettend veel waardevolle tips over bezienswaardigheden, restaurants, vervoer en lokale plekjes die je anders misschien zou missen. Kortom: een perfecte plek om te verblijven – sfeervol, praktisch en met een fantastische energie. We komen hier met heel veel plezier terug! 🌞✨

Pobyt udany żałuję ,że tylko tydzień

Świetna lokalizacja , blisko do sklepów i restauracji.Nie daleko do morza gdzie jest cieplutka woda . Byliśmy tydzień i mieliśmy ze soba rowery i dzięki temu przemieszczaliśmy się wszędzie szybko . Pani Magda bardzo pomocna polecała nam miejsca z których chętnie skorzystaliśmy . Bardzo zadowoleni jesteśmy.

Host cordiale, accogliente e molto disponibile. L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato con gusto, la camera è molto spaziosa, il letto comodo e la cucina attrezzata. Tutto molto pulito. Abbiamo alloggiato lato giardino e, pur essendo in centro, era silenzioso. È dotato di condizionatori che sfreddano l'ambiente in pochi minuti. La posizione è ottima.

Volendo essere molto pignoli, e cercare qualcosa di migliorabile, qualche stoviglia in più sarebbe più comoda. Ma l'essenziale c'è tutto.
