I liked how clean it was, the fact that the bathroom was recently updated; also the backward os a nice touch;

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and well maintained, with nice furniture, air conditioning, and a comfortable bed that made it easy to rest. The entire room was spotless and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The private bathroom was clean and well equipped, with a bidet and a good shower. The shower was properly sealed, so water did not leak onto the floor, and we had hot water at all times without any issues. We also enjoyed having access to a terrace surrounded by trees. It was a lovely place to sit in the evenings, relax, and enjoy the cooler air. The shared kitchen was a nice addition and the location was also good. It took about 20 minutes to walk to Pisa Centrale railway station, making it easy to reach the city and explore nearby destinations while staying in a quieter area. The communication via Booking was impeccable - clear and fast.

Overall, we had a very good stay, but there are a few things that could be improved. The TV was quite small, although this was only a minor issue. The air conditioning worked, but it did not cool the room as effectively as expected. It seemed like it might need servicing or a refrigerant check. A small refrigerator in the room would have been very useful, especially for longer stays. We also could not find any information about where to dispose of our trash. It would be helpful to have a designated bin area or clear instructions for guests. We stayed for five nights and requested fresh towels during our stay. Fortunately, we contacted the property through Booking.com and our request was confirmed quickly. We also happened to meet the cleaning lady and reminded her in person. Otherwise, she would not have had access to the room to leave the clean towels, so it would be helpful to have a clearer process for towel replacement during longer stays. The bathroom sink tap also had inconsistent water pressure. When we set it to a low flow, after a few seconds the pressure would automatically increase on its own, so we had to keep readjusting it. This made it a little inconvenient to use.

Sehr gute Kommunikation und schnelle Rückmeldung. Unterkunft sehr sauber, Klimaanlage im Zimmer (wir waren Mitte Juli dort :-), schöner Garten.

Die Wege zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind (zu Fuß) recht weit und um im Garten sitzen zu können, empfiehlt sich, Mückenspray einzupacken. Aber beides hat ja nichts mit der Unterkunft an sich zu tun - die ist wirklich gut. In der Küche gibt es einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle, allerdings keine Spüle/ kein Wasser.
