Excellent communication from the owner , who is incredibly hospitable and knowledgeable. Quiet, residential area, but also very convenient for main attractions and station. Everything is within walking distance. A wonderful property and would definitely stay in the future!

The property is great - an older building with shutters and fans, so definitely accommodating for heat and comfort! Unfortunately it was 36 degrees when we visited, so visit in Spring or Autumn. if air conditioning might be an issue.

A very enjoyable stay central for everything

A very spacious apartment.Well decorated with all amenities. The apartment itself is quiet but it's on a busy main road. There are shutters and stilt and turn double glazed windows. There is little night time traffic but a lot of early morning commuter traffic.The beds are extremely comfortable.The linen spotless. The whole place is very clean. There is a handy general store next door.

It's a residential area and a few minutes walk to bars restaurants and larger supermarkets

Exceptional comfort in a central location

I arrived in Pisa very early but my host was able to meet me at the property and I was able to leave my cases there. This allowed me to go exploring while the apartment continued to be cleaned. At 3pm my host promptly met me to show me around the apartment and hand over the keys. The apartment is as pictured, with a well stocked kitchen, large fridge freezer and some coffee & condiments were provided. There are two exceptionally spacious bedrooms. There is no separate sitting room but we were happy to sit at the comfortable kitchen table, or on the day bed in the 'front' bedroom (which is in a cosy little alcove with a balcony) The property including the common areas was very clean. I didn't experience any noise problems once the windows were closed. The bathroom came with a decent hairdryer and some toiletries. Our host contacted us midway through our stay to see if we needed any more items or fresh towels. The property is beautifully located 10 minutes stroll from the Tower, and about 15 from the Train/Bus station which makes it an ideal base for sightseeing and day trips. There are numerous restaurants nearby, I found La corte di San Leonardo at the rear of the botanic gardens particularly nice, and Di Qua D'Arno Pisa on the River for a more causal dinner. Both are minutes from the apartment. There is also a small convenience store less than 5 minutes away.

The bathroom is long and narrow, which means the shower cubicle is quite small. It is a consequence of the building design and nothing practically can be done. However if you are a larger person (BMI 40+) you might not find showering a comfortable experience.

Superb flat that made our stay really comfortable and relaxed.

It was spacious, clean, great location and Paolo was a great host. We arrived late and he gave us the name of a fantastic pizzeria 5 mins from the flat. It made our first night in Pisa really memorable.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, nie całe 2km od lotniska, do Krzywej Wieży z 1,5km wszystko spokojnie można przejść spacerkiem, warto:) Mieszkanie duże, czyste, wyposażone. Posiada 2 duże sypialnie, łazienka i kuchnię. Mały balkonik, gdzie można usiasc i wypić spokojnie kawkę. Właściciel wraz z żoną bardzo sympatyczni, bardzo dobry kontakt. Serdecznie polecamy!

Väldigt bra läge i centrala Pisa! Rymlig lägenhet med fräscht badrum och allt man behöver. Underbar balkong.

Det enda negativa var depositionen som behövde ges i kontanter på 200 EUR. Detta gjorde att man förlorade via växlingskursen och fanns ingen insättningsautomat i närheten.

La casa si presenta pulita ed ordinata con a disposizione tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, si può raggiungere facilmente in 10m a piedi dalla stazione di Pisa centrale. È in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro della città e la torre di Pisa. Il gestore è molto disponibile e gentile, consiglia anche punti supermercato, ristoranti, pub molto buoni. Un'ottima struttura per un soggiorno a Pisa!
