Excellent
We had a great stay. The key collection through the lock box was very easy and convenient. The location is excellent — very close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the Pisa Tower, which made getting around effortless. The room was very warm and extremely spacious. The apartment itself was very stylish, with beautiful painted ceilings that gave it a charming old Italian vibe. During our trip, I thought I had lost some valuable items and contacted the owner to ask if I might have left them in the room. Even though I later found them elsewhere, she was incredibly responsive and helpful, even late at night, which we truly appreciated. She was also kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage both at check-in and after check-out due to our flight timetables. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent hospitality.

Appartamento pulitissimo, molto confortevole e ben arredato, camere ampie con i soffitti affrescati e dotate di tutti i comfort. letti molto comodi. La posizione è strategica, a pochi metri dalla zona pedonale e vicinissima a tutti i punti di interesse della città. Elisa la host è stata gentile e sempre pronta per ogni nostra esigenza. Fin dal primo momento ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti.
Avremmo gradito qualche stoviglia in più, le tazze non erano sufficienti per tutti ma ci siamo arrangiati comunque.
