Great base to have in Pisa, if you are a family with young children stay clear as nightlife is loud
Incredible location, right in the centre of Pisa. Great places to eat nearby. Good spacious layout and a very large outside area
Cleanliness. This is something the company really needs to work on. Dust, cobwebs and headboards that have seen better days. Floors immediately made feet black due to not being cleaned properly and beds didn’t look clean

This could be an amazing apartment, but they need to sort out the mosquito problem and have the cleaning staff clean the
Great AC, comfortable beds, lots of space.
The amount of mosquitoes in the apartment was crazy!!! We contacted the staff and they were very helpful and asked us to buy a spray, which we did and this helped a lot.

AWFUL
This apartment was not like in the photos it was very dated, cleanliness is a lot to be desired. It was mosquito ridden they were everywhere. The apartments are on top of bars also so very hard to try and get sleep with the noise. Personally I don’t know how it has a 8.0 rating. It was so bad we went to stay at our family’s apartment round the corner the smell through mosquito plugs is unbearable. Would definitely NOT recommend.

We had a great stay.
We stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing and comfortable we felt like a home staying here. They provided all the necessities that we needed and it was close to the centre of the city of Pisa and the train station. We will surely be back in the future.

Noisy but convenient.
Great location.
Noise - the apartment is situated above a late bar. (Friday & Saturday especially loud till late). Bathroom not great, poor pressure and in need of revamp.

Great apartment to stay at Pisa with a group.
Amazing decor and location. Great facilities too. It was practical having two bathrooms with each room having its own AC and outdoor space to relax. It’s good of the owners to provide a modern large TV and made the effort to make the apartment look stylish. Beds were comfortable as were the towels they provided
Unfortunately we had a lot of mosquitoes and we got bitten a few times. The property did provide insect repellent but they didn’t work. We didn’t open windows to stop them coming in and we were too scared to use the Terrace in case we got bitten.
