Friendly staff, very clean, new building inside out, underground parking with chargers for electric vehicles, charger outside too. Close to the main attraction, quiet area, safe, even had a lounge area. Easy access by code.

Maybe it was easier if the living room couch would become a double bed instead of uniting the left side with the right side. In the end everything was perfect!

Beautiful apartments and I would highly recommend them

The apartment is wonderful . Very comfortable and spotless. The key code entry was easy to use. The location is quiet and peaceful.

The only downside for us was the location, it would be perfect if you were travelling by car. The nearest shops and restaurants are a 10 to 15 minute walk away. We don't mind a walk but I wouldn't have been comfortable walking back from the centre of Pisa at night. We used a local taxi app a lot and they were very dependable. Also a toaster in the apartment would have been great. Just to say I'm only being picky and we loved our stay.

Great choice to quickly feel comfortable in the hot August day in Pisa.

This property is new, easy to access. We liked the underground parking to hide the car from the heat in August, we also liked the new air conditioning system in each room to let cool it without a wind mode. Very spacious bathroom. Center of Pisa is within 25 m walk. Very warm person in the reception. 9 given for some small things to be missing in the kitchen.

No major problems,just to suggest: must include cutting board into the kitchen amenities, the paper towel,spatula.

Tutto perfetto! La struttura è moderna, accogliente, pulita, funzionale, luminosa, dotata di tutti i comfort. La posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla e non molto distante dal centro. I garage sono ampi e ben collegati agli appartamenti mediante ascensore o scale. Ci tornerò e la consiglio vivamente.

Non super convinta

Struttura e camera nuovissime, arredata con gusto, pulita e in ordine, parcheggio perfetto al piano -1. In generale ottima gestione del self check in.

Non mi è piaciuto il sistema di riscaldamento a pompa di calore che si attiva solo quando sei in camera. Siamo arrivati e la stanza era fredda tanto che non ho potuto farmi subito la doccia. Una volta alzata la temperatura, siamo usciti per 5 ore e al ritorno era ancora freddo perché appunto, in nostra assenza, si era spento tutto. Risultato dormito malissimo perché all’inizio troppo freddo e durante la notte troppo caldo. Suggerirei un attaccapanni per i giacconi in zona soggiorno, almeno un porta valigie pieghevole in camera e appendini in bagno per i salviettoni / accappatoi vicino alla doccia.

Struttura moderna, bella, funzionale e pulita, consigliata!

Struttura nuova con arredi moderni e funzionali, tutto di ottimo gusto/fattura. Ottima idea mettere il divano letto di materiale sintetico lavabile. Dimensioni buone dei locali e grazioso balcone con tavolino e sedie. Pulizia ottima. Apprezzato il kit per lavare i piatti. Comodo il posteggio sotteraneo e i posteggi esterni a fianco alla struttura. Bellissimo il giardino che circonda l'area e la sua illuminazione. Accesso alla struttura comodo e senza barriere. Le istruzioni per il self-chekin sono state esaustive. Tutto veramente bello e curato.

I climatizzatori usati per riscaldare sono decisamente rumorosi. Manca il microonde che solitamente viene fornito in un appartamento. La piantana a 3 faretti del nostro alloggio era posizionata (incastrata) in un punto fastidioso tra il tavolo e il lavandino. La rampa del posteggio sottoreneo è un pò ripida e il suo cancello di ingresso/uscita crea un pò di difficolta nel fare manovra se si ha una macchina lunga come la nostra.

Soluzione comoda e confortevole per visitare Pisa

Appartamento molto grande e ben arredato, con un piccolo angolo cottura e un mini frigo. La struttura dispone di un parcheggio privato sotterraneo e di posti auto extra sulla strada. Ad ogni piano c'è un'area ristoro con distributori di snack e bevande. Abbiamo soggiornato con la nostra cagnolina in comodità pagando 20€ di supplemento per le pulizie extra.

Il distributore di caffè non restituiva le monete e non segnalava in modo chiaro i prezzi.

Avrei apprezzato un kit di benvenuto o caffe o the. Non c è un posto dove far asciugare i piatti e niente tovaglioli. Manca anche un prodotto per pulire il piano cucina.

Pobyt przebiegł przyjemnie. Z apartamentu można dotrzeć do centrum Pizy w 40 minut spacerem bądź w 10 minut samochodem.

Zameldowanie przebiegło bezproblemowo, apartamenty były czyste i wyglądały na świeżo wyremontowane. Parking był duży i mieścił bezproblemowo duży 9-osobowy samochód.

Nie było takiej rzeczy.

Ubytovanie v blízkosti šikmej veži

Ubytovanie bolo nové a pekne zariadené, k dispozícii sme mali na izbe aj kuchynský kút, ktorý sme mohli využívať bola tam dostatočne veľká chladnička s mrazničkou, čo mu sme sa potešili. V hoteli sa nachádza aj práčovňa so sušičkou, čo je za nás veľké plus. V blízkosti ubytovania sa pár stoviek metrov nachádza šikmá veža a iné historické pamiatky. Pán na recepcii bol veľmi milí a ochotní poradiť s čímkoľvek. Celkovo sme boli spokojní so všetkým a odporúčame toto ubytovanie.

Pridali by sme pár vecí do kuchynského vybavenia ako napr. mikrovlnná rúra, naberačky...

Top moderne Appartementanlage in ruhiger Lage

Die Unterkunft hat erst seit kurzem geöffnet. Die Ausstattung ist dementsprechend komplett neu und alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein schattiges Parkhaus ist vorhanden. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten in Pisa sind zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Empfang ist durchgehend besetzt und die Mitarbeiter/innen waren alle sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. 😊

Es gibt einen Kaffeeautomaten auf dem Flur, der über eine App gesteuert wird. Zukünftig wäre eine weitere Küchenausstattung mit z.B. Weingläsern und kleiner Kaffeemaschine vorteilhaft.

nelle vicinanze del centro in una zona tranquilla si trova una struttura a forma di capannone interamente ben ristrutturato internamente ed esternamente ad edificio moderno e con tecnologia domotica ovunque con l’accesso di un solo codice. Possibilità di check-in online, dalla reception bisogna passare solo per il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno dove viene spiegato quello che necessario, facile chek-out. Parcheggio sotto la struttura con accesso ai 2 piani con ascensore, bilocali moderni, climatizzati e nuovi, presente l’essenziale per soggiornarvi, qualche mancanza di cucina, come la macchinetta del caffè, possono essere compensate con un’area relax dove presenti distributori automatici per bibite calde, fredde e snack. Per letto aggiuntivo fino a 4 persone è presente un divano letto, ogni mattina dal personale viene effettuato il cambio del sacco per la raccolta rifiuti ma non la pulizia della stanza, da considerare che non è presente una scopa con paletta, per pulizie specifiche bisogna chiedere al personale ma “forse” con un costo aggiuntivo. Per un breve soggiorno di 3gg siamo stati bene, personale molto disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza.

Muy nuevo, muy limpio y muy amplio. Muy buenas instalaciones. El recepcionista muy amable y atento.

La cocina es un poco justa, aunque para una noche como fue mi caso no està mal. Se habría agradecido un microondas. El paseo a la zona De la Torre y centro histórico es cercano pero el camino no demasiado bueno…
