Pleasant apartment for couples with parking 10mins from Pisa old town

Stayed in early Sept 2025 for 2 nights. Apartment is in a block a few hundred metres north of the town centre. No lift, but only six steps from street level to front door. Host was very communicative prior to arrival. Communal parking out front (a few very lumpy areas not suitable for low bumpered sports cars) which was very busy on arrival - likely due to the Pisa vs Roma football game nearby that night, quieter the rest of the stay. Walk to town centre takes around 10mins, there's a pedestrian cut-through to save a few minutes to the east (behind another block of apartments) that maps doesn't know about. Apartment has a large kitchen, modest bathroom and large double bedroom. Furnishings are OK, kitchen has a washing machine, microwave and hob. Bathroom has shower only (screen cannot be open if door is as they hit). Internet speed good expect on match night. Air conditioning in kitchen and bedroom, works well.

Bedroom has a TV mounted very high on the wall, so not suitable for one person to watch while the other is sleeping. Seating is strange - dining table has 4 chairs, kitchen has what looked to be a single bed with a vinyl protective cover as did the bedroom. Might be to "sleep 4" but therefore lacks as sofa / TV setup. Ceiling lighting is quite bright, no dimming or standing light alternative.

Spacious apartament, very close to Pisa Tower you can reach it by foot, 2 AC, washing machine, ground floor and free parking place at the door of the building

Wonderful little place within sight of Duomo

Really nice little apartment - only 15min walk from Leaning Tower complex. Excellent AC in heat of Italian summer. Host was wonderful really helpful and responsive- gave us good advice and help during Italian train strike.

A spacious apartment in an awesome location!

What a find! This apartment was spacious, spotless, comfortable, well equipped, and conveniently situated only a few minutes walk from Pisa centre, Cathedral and the leaning tower. You can see the tower from the carpark. There was plenty of parking right outside (off street within the apartment complex) and everything seemed very secure. The host was lovely and communicative as well as quick to respond. Could hear the neighbours a little due to the nature of the building but we popped in our earplugs and then it was no bother at all - we slept very well! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Nice experince

Location was fine you can arrive pisa in 10 minutes by walking. When we enter the house it was smelling very clean because everywhere was clean. Communication was very good.

très bon emplacement par rapport à la place des miracle place pour se garer car en dehors de la zone STL très bien pour un séjour d'une nuit hôte qui donne de bons conseils à la demande
