A charming and authentic stay in the heart of Pisa

The place is beautiful, the high-historic vaulted ceilings and traditional design gave it an authentic Tuscan feel. Its location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Leaning Tower and other main sights. The host was warm and friendly, who met us when we checked in.

Since the apartment is on the ground floor, we occasionally heard the main building door banging shut, especially early mornings.

ambivalent feeling

Location of the apatment is very good. Parking place was next to the apartment. Host is very kind and helpful.

The air was humid and warm and there was no any fan in the rooms. Bathroom could not be properly ventillated. There was a built-in fan there but it was much more noisy than useful. Therefore the bathroom and the shower curtain was continuosly wet. Toilet is too close to shower (about 20cm!! for the legs) which is very inconvenient. Wifi is useless. It is not only extremely slow but drops the link frequently. The mobile net was much more stable and faster on our phones than on that TP-link GSM-MIFI router. (???) There was no sponge and dishwasing detergent which are used to be provided in other places.

It’s a bit noisy from the neighbors and arounds but its manageable.

Very disappointed

Location was fabulous as close to all amenities.

The building was unique but the facilities were sparse and of very poor quality. We booked an apartment so that we could relax after days of site seeing. The living area was so tiny and the furniture was of such poor quality you couldn’t relax. There was no cooker only a hob and microwave. The cooking utensils were old and all odd and it included a travel kettle! The bathroom was old and tired. The toilet pan leaked as it was loose and we had to mop each time before we could use it. Not good value for money at all. Very disappointed

Ubytování je na krásném místě přímo v centru.

Jednání majitele, s kterým není možné se domluvit. Hluk v ubytování. Apartmán je v domě, kde bydlí nájemníci, kteří absolutně nerespektují noční klid!! Po urgenci na majitele nám přišla zpráva, že své nájemníky nebude v noci obtěžovat výzvou, aby nerušili nás! Apartmán byl neuklizený. Plíseň v koupelně. Koupelna je malá a po osprchování musíte osušit záchod, protože zde není zástěna. Ve sprše je pouze závěs, který je plesnivý a není vhodný do koupelny, ale do oken. Není možné vynést odpad, kontejnery jsou na předplacenou městskou kartu. Majitel dává k podpisu nevhodné souhlasy, kde je mj. i souhlas k manipulaci s vašimi údaji k bankovním půjčkám. Nedoporučuji.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Pisa

Die Lage ist perfekt, wir waren, nicht im Bummeltempo, aber auch nicht rennend, in 5 Minuten am Turm, in 10 am Arno, 15 am Bahnhof, man kann also eine kurze Pause in der Wohnung machen und dann nochmal losgehen. Obwohl so zentral gelegen, ist es ruhig, von den anderen Bewohnern haben wir praktisch nichts mitbekommen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und antworten sehr schnell. Schlüsselübergabe sehr gut abgesprochen.

Wenn man im Innenhof noch eine Sitzgelegenheit hätte, das wäre perfekt. Sicher, man muss Rücksicht auf die anderen Bewohner nehmen, aber vielleicht wäre es ein Versuch wert, eine ruhige Ecke zum Entspannen einzurichten. Die Küchenausstattung könnte noch etwas wertiger sein - aber für die paar Tage und den Preis in dieser Lage ist es vollkommen in Ordnung.
