unbeatable value for money

Excellent location, old town is nearby, train station is pretty close as well, everything is within walking distance, even the airport. Apartment is spacious, kitchen is well-equipped, bed was super comfortable and the whole place was overall clean. Spent 4 nights, slept like a baby every single night.

Shower could use a little renovation but for the price, I'm not complaining.

Central, convenient to local facilities, nice size bedrooms.

Before leaving home the communication with the owner was clear and excellent, we had all the info we needed and getting into the property was stress free. The apartment was lovely, bedrooms were adequate and equally sized, a nice little balcony was a plus and the location in the city centre was brilliant for access to restaurants, train station, leaning towers

The owner was very clear about what to expect, we had some additional pastries and drinks on arrival, there were no surprises or negatives.

Very mean on basic things.

Location

For hygiene reason, they should provided guests with shower gel, shampoos and hand washing liquids, but they said for hygiene reason so not provided these basic things. Only 1 tea bags but no coffee at all. They told us where to buy the shower gel and shampoos they should provided in the first, got a gut feeling the shop must be owned by them or their family. Another bad things, heater not warm enough in the mid winter, the room quite cold. For over 40 years travelled around the world, this is the first time we have came across. Very bad. So would not recommended this appartment

Een mooi, gezellig appartement op een fantastische locatie. Zeer ruime slaapkamers. Vlotte check-in en check-out. Aanwezigheid van microgolfoven, oven, nespresso machine, broodrooster en waterketel. Opgemaakte bedden bij aankomst + aanwezigheid van handdoeken. Gezellige slaapkamers.

Zeer luidruchtige bovenburen en nachtlawaai van de buren + op straat. Geen afwasmachine en het ontbreken van een stop om deftig met de hand te kunnen afwassen.

Un appartement charmant et très tranquille pour un séjour idéal à Pise ou à Florence...

Un petit appartement tranquille dans un vieil immeuble pisan. Très charmant et chaleureux avec des pièces grandes et bien équipées. Les poutres apparentes sont très belles et donnent un cachet certain. Situé à quinze minutes de l'ensemble monumental et à dix minutes de la gare, un lieu tout à fait parfait pour visiter Pise mais aussi pour loger en dehors de Florence, très bien desservie par le train...

Peut être juste une chose : la fermeture de la porte de l'appartement est un peu rudimentaire et nous avions une petite crainte (qui heureusement s'est avérée inutile) d'avoir des soucis pour fermer ou ouvrir... Peut être serait il bon d'améliorer ce petit point...

Un endroit parfait pour loger sur Pise.

Le charme authentique et le confort du logement, ses équipements, sa facilité d’accès grâce à la gentillesse et l’efficacité des propriétaires. Et bien sûr, la proximité du quartier historique et touristique ainsi que la fameuse tour !

Le stationnement du véhicule. Après avoir cherché longuement, nous avons enfin trouvé une place en zone bleue, à 700 m du logement. Ceci dit, ce petit désagrément était précisé dans l’annonce.

Pisa Lungarno

Questo delizioso appartamento si trova al primo piano, collegato da scale, di una palazzina in pieno centro a Pisa. Le camere sono ampie, gradevolissimo il terrazzino così come utilissimi tutti gli utensili messi a disposizione, come macchina del caffè, bollitore, lavatrice, etc. Il proprietario, Gianluca, è stato disponibile e gentile, con un'ottima comunicazione. Piazza dei Miracoli si trova a dieci minuti di passeggiata e nei dintorni la scelta di ristoranti è molto ampia e differenziata.

Purtroppo il problema del rumore in strada durante la notte è molto invalidante, nonostante non sia ovviamente direttamente imputabile ai proprietari. Consiglio vivamente di munirsi di tappi per le orecchie, in caso di necessità.
