Perfect for New Year’s Eve celebrations

Fantastic location, with the whole area from central station to the tower being walkable. Great to have hairdryer washing machine & dryer, iron, tv. All you need to turn up with is your clothes. Anything you need to buy can be found in Conad about 10min walk away.

An ironing board would be useful.

Pleasant stay in the centre of Pisa

Great location. Property is located in a beautiful garden.

The flat smelled of humidity. Some lights were not working properly, so the living room was rather dark. There was not enough toilet paper (2 rolls for 4 people for 3 nights).

A Piece of Pisa

Likes:- Amazing location for visiting the historic sights, and a multitude of shops & restaurants within walking distance. The courtyard area was a nice bonus! Dislikes:- No washing up bowl or a plug to wash up items. No trays or ovenproof dishes to cook with when using the oven. Had to by new gas lighter for gas cooker, as it had run out. Bed side lights were way too bright.

Forse per l'estate è una buona soluzione.

La posizione a 3 minuti a piedi dal famoso campo dei miracoli. Per il resto non c'è molto da dire. Appartamento e ambiente carini, ma poco più.

Purtroppo mi trovo costretto a scrivere una recensione NEGATIVA. "Appartamento" maleodorante a causa dell' eccessiva umidità, evidente soprattutto negli angoli dei muri e soffitti. La casa non aveva i riscaldamenti accesi e appena arrivati (ore 18.00) c'era un freddo che non ci ha permesso neppure di toglierci i piumini di dosso. L' appartamento è dotato di cucina ma noi abbiamo preferito mangiare fuori, causa il troppo freddo all' interno dell'ambiente e il pentolame che non invitava all'utilizzo. Il letto matrimoniale ha un materasso molto morbido, personalmente eccessivo per i nostri gusti. Il frigorifero è leggermente datato e rovinato. Non la consiglierei per un soggiorno invernale.

Appena sufficiente

La posizione ottima e vicina alla piazza della Torre di Pisa, casa pulita.

Accoglienza lascia molto a desiderare. Cassetta fuori dal portone con le chiavi dell' appartamento ok. X il riscaldamento, e asciugamani self-service senza un minimo di istruzioni. I padroni di casa sentiti solo al telefono o whatsapp. Materasso e cuscini MOLTO SCOMODI, sembrano sacchi di farina. Voto per la posizione appartamento 9. Voto accoglienza e il resto APPENA SUFFICIENTI.

Appartement spacieux, bien situé

L'appartement est bien situé, près de la tour, au centre ville. Il est spacieux et au calme. Nous avons pu laisser les bagages jusqu'à midi, mais il y a un magasin de disques qui fait consigne pas très loin.

L'appartement était humide et un peu sombre, l'atmosphère un peu étouffante. Mobilier sans charme, voire désuet.

La ubicación estaba genial. Todo conforme las fotos. Las camas eran espaciosas.Fueron flexibles para el check in y el check out lo que nos vino genial.

La ducha era pequeña pero suficiente.

Olor a humedad y ácaros muy fuerte

Lo único bueno la ubicación

El apartamento tenía un olor a humedad muy fuerte ya que es un bajo en medio de un jardín, la cama incomodisima súper hundida, la ropa de cama y almohada olían a humedad, las almohadas incómodas, no tienen microondas, no dejaron champú ni gel de baño y el mobiliario era anticuado.

Nonostante l'ottima posizione, non ci tornerei

Posizione ottima, appartamento molto grande e ingresso molto carino.

Entrando nell'appartamento l'odore di cantina e chiuso è molto forte. Non sono presenti le zanzariere e ce ne sarebbe molto bisogno. Il materasso del letto matrimoniale sembra essere sfondato. Nel lettino per bambini non c'era il materasso.

Alles was man braucht

Sehr schönes Apartment in schöner studentischer Umgebung. Liegt im Hinterhof und ist einfach, italienisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt wegen der zentralen und dich ruhigen Lage. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert und freundlich.

Miło spędzony czas

Lokalizacja była świetna – wszędzie było blisko! Dużym plusem była dostępna klimatyzacja i ogrzewanie, co zapewniało komfort w każdych warunkach. Łóżka były wygodne (plus za dużą szafę w sypialni), a kuchnia przestronna, korzystanie z niej było naprawdę wygodne. Dostępna pralka i suszarka. Właściciel bardzo uprzejmy i odpowiadał na wszystkie pytania. Mogliśmy nawet zostawić bagaże kilka godzin dłużej. Idealne miejsce na pobyt, ze znajomymi.

Niestety pechowo trafiliśmy na moment, kiedy jednego dnia wystąpiła awaria wody, co było dość uciążliwe. W mieszkaniu było trochę wilgotno, a specyficzny zapach był wyczuwalny w powietrzu. Dodatkowo brakowało nam kołdry, przez co momentami było chłodno. Mimo wszystko to pobyt był w porządku.

Ottima posizione ma un po' troppo cara.

Piccolo appartamento ristrutturato. Pro e contro. I pro wifi gratuito, smart TV, aria condizionata e ottima posizione. Contro un po' umida e con odore di muffa. È dotata di aspiratori per ricircolo dell' aria che aiutano un po'.

La scomodità negli arredi del bagno e un po' di odore di muffa armadio camera da letto.
