Rooms and property were very nice but heat pump would not blow cold air and the water temperature would be cold then extremely hot.

Parking was great. This is the best place to stay whilst visiting pisa expecially if you have rented a car and want to go so many places. Customer service was amazing and were able to retrieve items i left behind after checkout. Thank you again.

Clean and spacious as advertised. Location is abit far from the leaning tower, 20+ minutes walk and you need to go through a traffic tunnel. Our pre checkin communications were apparently handled by AI so it was a bit repetitive. But all in all, it was good value for the money.

The apartment was immaculate and beds really comfortable. Parking and access were really convenient. Its about a 20 to 30 min walk to the leaning tower which was perfect for us.
All im all I eould definitely stay again and recommend the apartments for anyone.
