Overall it is a perfect location for a short stay as it has foot access to all the amazing tourist location, it is also

The property was perfect with an ideal location to the tourist hot spots like the Pisa leaning tower and the square. It is close to a few restaurants and you can get your groceries close by as well. They were really responsive as our stay progressed and I appreciate that as a member of the staff even came twice to attend to our needs in person during our stay. They also provided us with a set of free linen as the days went on because we were there for 7 nights. The kitchen is great and suitable for cooking meals as there is an entire equipped kitchen for that purpose.

Communication earlier on was not so great. We arrived earlier and gave them heads up 6 hours before incase there was room for early check in and we ended up coming to the property and waiting outside for over 30mins before we were told early check in wasn’t possible. I would have appreciated being told earlier so we could have found a place to stay until check in time. Also if you plan on staying for a long duration you might Want to communicate your needs to them so you can come to an agreement as it is not part of their policy to clean during the duration of the stay or change linens, so imagine staying for 7 days without a turn over service. They do it only for a fee. Also there is no washing machine in the property.

Kitchen well equiped, room clean and spaced, and a real hairdryer !

Wifi is not quite stable, but it's acceptable, the socket is a little bit small for the plug of my computer, I don't know why, only the one at the entrance of the room and the one in bathroom are large enough. Btw, I have no pb to plug my phone with other sockets.

Ottimo soggiorno

Struttura be pulita,alloggio be ristrutturato a nuovo, bagno ben posizionato con ampio antibagno, vicinissimo al centro, comodo parcheggio in strada con strisce blu ma molto economico.

Stabile un po’ vecchio, la cucina e il soggiorno in comune con altri ospiti.

Bardzo dobre położenie mieszkania, blisko do Krzywej Wieży i przystanku autobusowego. Zapas kawy do ekspresu, wygodne łóżka i poduszki . Czysto. Obszerne szafy do rozpakowania walizek. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z osobą obsługującą wynajem, pomocni dla ludzi którzy nie ogarniają różnych aplikacji 😄 Wszystko na plus Cena adekwatna do jakości i położenia

Sopratutto la posizione vicino a tutte le attrazioni principali di PISA, la possibilita di parcheggiare sotto l'alloggio e l'ottima assistenza data dalla proprietá

Mancanza di piu punti di corrente vicino al comodino del letto e la mancanza di accensioni/spegnimento della luce sempre vicino al comodino letto (avrei fatto un invertita :)

Maratona di Pisa

La vicinanza a pochi minuti a piedi a Piazza dei Miracoli e a tutto il centro di Pisa, la via molto tranquilla. La struttura essenziale ma pulita. La gentilezza del proprietario e la sua disponibilità!

Struttura accogliente e pulita. Posizione ottima. Letto super comodo. Quello che scriverò al "non piaciuto" ovviamente sono dei consigli xké tutto sommato l'esperienza è stata buona. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo , ☺️

Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere una TV in camera (unica TV si trova nella zona comune) soprattutto nel periodo autunno/inverno rientrando presto avrei desiderato guardare un po' di TV e invece x guardare qualcosa mi sono dovuta accontentare del cellulare. Non sarebbe stato male trovare un cuscino in più ( ce n'èra solo uno , o lo usavo io o mio marito. Altro consiglio qualche gruccia on più non sarebbe male.

Zentrale Lage. Ruhig gelegen.

Für die Müllentsorgung in der Küche ist nicht ausreichend gesorgt: Wenn Mitbewohner Essensabfälle hinterlassen, dann stinkt die Küche enorm. Die Küche bräuchte dringendst eine Klimaanlage!
