Don't recommend. Dirty! Bad customer treatment!

Location maybe, but there were closer

Check in was at 17 because they said the previous guests left more mess than usual. The entire apartment was very very dirty, dishes were dirty, toilet was dirty, dust under the matrimoniale bed, very cheap bed and sofa. Price is very high for what it offers but we booked 1 day in advance and it had a good score.... I truly don't recommend going here right now (may 2025) maybe in the future they will invest in a better maid and they will improve customer care. Take care

Fabulous apartment right in the heart of Pisa, felt like being a local!

Spacious, clean and everything you need, the apartment is a real find and well worth booking. I can see why others have rated it so highly. The apartment is really big with lots of space for us and the kids, although the lounge area is a little snug, but we didn't spend much time there. Easy to get keys and the host was superb and really good communication. Kitchen well equipped for a dinner and breakfast. Bathroom is big and spacious with a lovely shower.

Cozy cute apartment in close proximity to most things

Super cute little apartment stocked with everything you would need!! Location was close to the train station (10min walk) and not too far from city center (16min walk). Elisa was very responsive and helpful. Very good for the cost!! Only complaint would be the mosquitos as we had a window that was broken so my kids got lots of bites. Bring bug repellent!! Also, pullout bed was not very comfortable.

Not very pleasant

I liked the location and the host, Elisa was very communicative and sweet. The kitchen was fully equiped, there was a coffee machine and coffee capsules.

I didn't like the smell in the apartment, there was a smell of mold, although you couldn't see it on the walls, it was in them, it smelled like mold if you didn't open the windows. I vented all the time. The sofa in the kitchen is not very comfortable. So don't think about sleeping on it, just consider the bedrooms. Also, the quilts should be covered with sheets.

A couple of night neighbor was arriving with his loud moped, mattress on the main bed isn't fixed in place and slides a bit, no parking provided

Best place to stay in Pisa

Apartmemt is really spacious and cosy at the same time. It is located in the charming street, close to the central railway station and centre of Pisa. Kitchen is well equipped. We didn't meet the owner, but all necessary informations was provided online. She was kind and helpful.

Really enjoyable, great location, would recommend.

Great location in Pisa, south of the river in quiet neighbourhood. Easy walk to main attractions and bus/train/supermarket. Very easy communication with host. Key pickup in lockbox was really handy as we arrived in from a late flight/train.

The 2nd bedroom doesn't have Air Con so relies on the aircon in the hall. A fan for this room would help a lot.

Larger then normal and great location.. quiet but in middle of everything. Close to all shops and food.. and restaurants .. 15 20 mins walk to Tower but along main shopping route so was part of the trip !

Owner very helpful and responsive. Great communicator. Kind and flexible. Easy self-check in and owner available for immediate assistance, if necessary. Apartment at a nice location, walking distance from the train station and from the Tower of Pisa which was perfect for us. Everything was as described and the pictures were very accurate. A nice authentic experience in a historic part of town.

Accomodation with a smile ;)

I will try to make on brief all the advantages of Conce Apartment for a clear image :)) - Elisa, the host, is super kind, very helpful, always with a smile and fast reply via whatsapp to all your questions - the apartment is in a very quiet area, but super close to the Pisa Centrale (7 minutes walk) and Piazza dei Miracoli (10 minutes walk) - is clean, all the necessary equipment in the kitchen, big enough for a family (we were 4 adults and 2 kids) - nearby you have Via Corso with a lot of restaurants, coffees, shops etc - as a bonus we had early check in..grazie Elisa pet tutto!

Lovely amazing place!

Nice authentic apartment in an Italian romantic style! Great location - it's on the small cute Italian street. Next to it a lot of different things - restaurants, shopping street, wine festival, market, supermarket etc. That was really a great stay thanks to that apartments!

Wonderful lovely apartment for family stay.

Great location, good furnishing and very comfortable apartment. The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance to the train station and Pisa Tower. The host Elisa has been wonderful and very helpful too. Definitely will come back again in future.

The floor is a bit dirty which needs some more mopping. Due to the type of flooring in the apartment, probably it is hard to mop clean. We prefer to stay barefooted when indoor at apartment.

Great stay

Everything else was great! Great apartment, great location and good communication from host. Let us check in early and leave bags. Would highly recommend!

The shuttle was terrible. Left us waiting for over 30 minutes (we decided not to get a taxi despite the additional €10 so we wouldn't have to wait as we have two young kids). Driver was rude and didnt help with bags at other end. Total rip off!

Near to everything. Confortable, nice appartement. Clean, and well equipped. Quiet and peaceful surrounding. Kind and flexible host (we could leave an hour later, because our train departure).

The toilete could be a little bit cleaner or newer.
