The apartment is extremely close to the train station and therefore it is very easy for someone who is travelling by train. The room itself is clean.

Communication could have been much better. The kitchen is shared and other guests have left burners on, fan on, dishes on the burner. I do not think that this is right. Also the area where the kitchen utensils were, was dusty. I would have liked some shower gel in the shower

Location was good, close to central train station, 25-30 minutes walk from airport and another 25 minues other way to the leaning tower. Bathroom OK, room size OK. Kitchen available although we did not use it. Air-con working (check for remote before sleeptime). Apartment as on pictures.

First, the instructions could be more precise as the main entrance is in the passage. The staircase to flat unkempt, lifts sometimes stuck unavailable when door left open. To get through 3 safeboxes to get in the room was bit of a fort Boyard experience. Room OK but the mattrass needs to get changed! You can feel every movement of the other person on it while trying to sleep. Bathroom in general OK but would need more attention to detail for better ratings (there was a used piece of soap in the shower after previous guests). Also hands-soap would be nice. We missed the remote from air-con and this was provided next day which made a first night really hot.

Шикарный номер ,удобная кухня ,холодильник есть и в номере и на кухне большой, удобная капсульный кофеварка. Горячая вода была всё время. Очень понравилась возможность завтракать на лоджии под пение птиц и звон колокола близлежащей церкви. В доме есть 2 лифта. Расположение вблизи вокзала удобно позволяет пользоваться поездом для посещения Чинкве- терре, Флоренции, Лукка, и даже Портофино и Монтепульчано. И пусть никого не смущает близость к вокзалу - вокруг всё чисто и благополучно. Неподалёку( через площадь с памятником) есть хороший супермаркет Conad city,где есть большой ассортимент колбас ,,сыров и вина .( рекомендую купить бурато - очень вкусно)) Очень благодарны управляющим этих апартаментов за прекрасный сервис!
