Very good!

The property contacted me straightaway after my reservation and they were very helpful; they even changed our bedroom to a better one which became available after we made the booking. The instructions were very clear, promptly sent and extremely clear. The check-in and check-out process were very easy to follow. The location is very close to the attractions and a very peaceful part of town.

Long correspondence with the property, only in Italian, you need to register on the website, attach a document, then they couldn't find it, they wrote again. Had to send it to WhatsApp. Lots of conditions to get arrival instructions, which they will send you only at 15:00 on the day of arrival. The day before arrival they sent an automatic message saying thank you for staying with us and it was time to leave. I was shocked, thought I mixed up the dates. The room smells of mildew, the walls are all stained with either paint or they tried to cover up the mildew. At one in the morning someone was talking on the veranda and it was impossible to sleep, since you can't close the window, it's hot, and the fan is noisy and blows strongly. The bed is 70 cm wide, it's not comfortable to sleep.

manager is very friendly very nice decoration, which gives you a feel of living in farm coffee machine for guests is all day avaiable free breakfast

the hotel is has no sign! you go there with google map, but you dont know is it right or not! no sign for entrance. no rout describtion. no split for cooling, just a fan with dry wind no hanger in the bath and bath matt not so clean. no Hygiene product at bath very very bad bus connection from center to the hotel and back. to go back to the Hotel at night, there is not bus from center and also there is no way to walk! you should walk axactly along road which is really dangreous because of curves in the roads and high speed cars which drive not carefuly. for going from hotel to center, there is every one hour one bus, which doesnt come based on time-table. the first floor rooms have no privacy, if you open window! host and other guests walking around during the day and night and everything could be seen. in the morning our room was very noisy! we were infront of kitchen and host starts to wash and organize all dishes at 5am! then it continued till 7am till he finished preparing breakfast. breakfast room was so small and full of person, no air conditioner, no plate for use.

Il Casale Toscano was lovely. Easy to find and simple to check into. The rooms were clean and the area quite quiet - which I like. The location is good, next to a river which was peaceful. I didn’t venture to Pisa but I know it would have been easy to reach the centre of the city quite quickly.

Nice, pretty, loud

Very nice and talkative host, great location, very clean, big bathroom. The church and the surroundings looked really nice.😀 I surely didn't expect to rate this low before i came back at 10 pm...

There was a LOT of noise outside in the garden until 1AM, despite the window closed. Also, the front door makes extremely loud sound when allowed to autoclose. I booked there because people said it's quiet; it was definitely not, and noise insulation is sorely needed. That's why the rating is low and was gonna rate even lower, but the host was kind enough to apologize by whatsapp, so raised my final score by two points. The bed was really uncomfy and short.

Very far out if you're relying on buses, rooms and bathrooms are nice though.

The place and space was nice overall, a little lacking in personality. They could make it so much more that just a room, they have the space and kitchen facilities for it to be fun and more lively.

The pictures oversell it, the location is very far out and the buses to get back stop running after 11, so it is a mission to return to late at night if you don't have a car. If you have a car its worth a stay.

The accommodation exceeded all expectations. Very nice and tastefully decorated place. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The location is not entirely clear, but for an overnight stay for one night we really liked it.

everything was as listed! the host is very kind, helpful and responsive. the accomodation itself is special, the check in is super easy, theres plenty of parking spaces, bed is comfortable, apt is very clean and lovely, and the host provides free snacks, coffee, a chilled bottle of water and a bottle of sparkling water. location great for reaching pisa, lucca

the price is a bit steep in my opinion. the room gets very hot in the afternoon during the summer, so take into account if youre planning to stay inside during the day

Great place and Host . A little in the Countryside

Fantastic host. Very welcoming and informative. He arranged a Taxi on our last day for quite early morning. Lovely quiet place with no TV. Our host had chilled bottled water freely available and supplied coffee and some treats for breakfast which he doesn't have to.

It's a longish hot walk to Piza along roads with no paths. There is a Bus stop outside the place with a slightly erratic bus service and slightly un-helpfull drivers. The bus goes the opposite way from the hotel for a start but ends up at Piza or in the Town near the station. Buy Bus tickets before your board at a shop in the Station or some other shops. If you don't have a ticket you could get finned by the Bus Mafia 42 Euros like we did.

WONDERFUL COUNTRY HOUSE AT THE RIVERSIDE!

A beautiful country house at the riverside! Perfect location, a very quiet and romantic place next to Pisa s attractions! Very nice and big room with private bathroom. The very friendly and attentive manager 'Alain' makes every guest feel welcome and comfortable!

The owner was very friendly. Gave directions for free parking in the center of Pisa. Free parking next to the building. The building is part of the church infrastructure. Despite we didn't have breakfast included they offer coffe, juices and sometging sweet in the morning.
