The location is good and the fact they accept animals

The place is not very clean, the lack of cutlery, the moka that is for normal stove and not for induction taking 40 min in the morning to make coffee. There is also a coffee machine but i could not find caps for it at any supermarket. The plates in the kitchen were all chipped, not sure how was i supposed to eat from those. Pillows paper thin. I am not exaggerating when i am saying that i went and bought, plates, knifes, bowls and a moka and pillows for our 1 week stay that we booked. There is no AC, it has cooling through the floor, we had 40 degrees on our full stay outside, no matter what you do the floor was constant wet. When we arrived we though somebody just mopped the floor and did not have time to dry but no, is constant wet and you need to mop a lot. Something i did not wanted to do on my vacation, it only added more stress instead of enjoying. Garden is not taking care of, grass uncut and was full of mosquitoes because of that so we could not stay out in the evening although we sprayed it and we light all kind of lemon candles, the mosquitoes attack was really bad. We left 2 days earlier than we paid for because we could not take it anymore, the constant wetness, although we followed the instructions for the programming screen, very hot in the house would not go below 26 degrees, we boiled in the apartment in the hottest week of august with 40 degrees outside. We were very disappointed abut it in our first trip to Italy.
