It is an apartment near the pisamover and central train station, about a 10min 500m walk and then 1-2 flights of stairs to the apartment. You may want to arrive in the day time if possible. Hosts speak very limited English and it’s a strict check out at 10am which they put it to you upon arrival. I asked to check out 30mins later at 10.30am to take a quick work call and they said no which I found inconvenient and unnecessarily unhelpful. You have to call them for any issues or questions as they don’t check booking.com messages. It’s satisfactory for a night, clean and has the basics like coffee (pods and ground), tea and plastic wrapped packet toast and croissants. Bring earplugs as walls are thin. Bathroom door is only a foldable one and needs balancing to close so consider if privacy is important. Foam bed mattress. We couldn’t open the windows or balcony door for air as it felt a bit stuffy. They have old windows/doors and put a second glazing set in front. Eventually we got the balcony door open but then we couldn’t lift the shutters high enough up. We resorted to keeping the front door open…There is an aircon. We didn’t see shower soap or shampoo so you’d have to bring your own. Please note you would have to walk to central station from the apartment and then get a bus or walk 30-35mins to the main tourist area. There are 1-2 pizza places nearby but if you want to experience Pisa, I would suggest staying elsewhere and closer to restaurants and life.

To studio w domu w spokojnej okolicy położonej między dworcem a lotniskiem - na lotnisko spacer ok. 15 min. z bagażami w spokojnym tempie.
Nie korzystaliśmy ze względu na bardzo wczesny lot, ale w studio była wyposażona kuchnia, w lodówce było świeże mleko do kawy, a nawet masełko:)
Zarezerwowałam nocleg kilka godzin przed przyjazdem, a właściciele nie sprawdzają na bieżąco informacji z booking, więc nikt na nas nie czekał i była chwila stresu, czy ktoś nam otworzy. Poza tym było bardzo ok.

Malý apartmán v klidné čtvrti. Ulice u apartmánu je slepá, nejezdí zde auta. V noci klid a ticho. Apartmán má pokoj, kuchyň a koupelnu s WC. Pokojíček je malý, se třemi postelemi, a má maličký balkón. Kuchyň je maličká, má vařič, mikrovlnku, varnou konvici, základní nádobí. Kávovar na kapsle, které jsou k dispozici. Koupelna se sprchovým koutem, sprcha má velmi malý tlak vody.
Wifi funkční.
Od letiště 15 minut pěšky 😆, k šikmé věži 30 minut pěšky. MHD nevyužijete.
Do Florencie hodina vlakem, nádraží 5 minut pěšky..
Supermarket Cerrefour Express asi 10 minut pěšky.
Nebyl problém ubytovat se o půlnoci, paní majitelka milá a ochotná. Umí základy angličtiny.
Topí se pomocí klimatizace, je docela nepříjemné že na Vás celou noc fouká teplý vzduch.
V koupelně i kuchyni je chladno, není tam topení.
Pobyt jsme měli na tři noci pro tři dospělé osoby, a měl být se snídaní. Na snídani byly ovšem jen suchary, tyčinky, marmelády, nutely, 6 croissantů, mléko.
. Pro tři čechy na tři snídaně hodně málo.... Ale s tím se v Itálii nějak počítá :)
Ve sprchovém koutě u země plíseň.

El desayuno, para el precio que pagamos era miy pobre. Solo bollería industrial, nada de proteínas ni frutas
