Nice place for city break

well-equiped apartment with good connection to the center by public transport and friendly landlord who reacted fast to our requests

Enjoyed our stay.

It’s in a good location not far from the town centre which is accessible by bus. The apartment is cosy, comfortable and well equiped. The balcony is a nice spot to enjoy coffee in the morning. The host is super friendly and accommodating.

I loved how the host accommodated our random change of check-in times as we were owing from cinque terre and were unsure of what time we would get there. There is an AC 🙏🏾 with Italy's heat it is needed.

I travelled with my uni friends who are all girls n it felt quite unsafe since it's a bit dark when u are getting to the apartment and like two guys in the parking lot run after us but that kinda has nothing to do with the accommodation just don't go home too late and try not to attract attention

Price/performance was not good

Close to Pisa Tower (7 minutes by car). Close to supermarket (100 meters)

There was no kettle, coffee machine and owen. It was not that clean. There was not even a bottle of water in the refrigerator. Electricy went off immediately once I turned on A/C and hair dryer at the same time

The location was in a walking distance from Cisanello hospital where I needed to get. The landlord was quite flexible with the check in time since I delayed a bit due to road congestion

Great apartment

Carlo is very nice and hospitable and waited us at the airport even at late hour. Also he surprised us with a bottle of wine. The apartment was great and had everything we needed for cooking. The balcony is also perfect to enjoy a cold bear or have your coffee. 25 minutes walking to Pisa central.

It would’ve been nice to have shower gel and shampoo.

The host was very friendly. He offered to pick us from the station even when it was late. He gave suggestions on where to visit and eat. He also gave bus route tips. Very friendly and nice person.

We stayed in the appartments for three days. Carlo kidnly met us in the airport and droped us directly to the appartments (for free :) ). Flat is very clean and homely cosy. There is everything that is needed for stay. Appartments located 10 mins by car from the airport and about 25 mins walking from the city center, which is very comfortable! Nearby public transport, where there is also a late route. You can find supermarket (5 mins walking), farmacy (5 mins walking) and nice pizzeria right under the appartments, which is also pretty important for comfortable staying. We wanted to thank Carlo for the help and support during our stay in Pisa. The thing is that we had our next flight in a early morning - like 6 a.m, and at the evening before stay we realised that there is no any transport to Pisa airport during the night, and there is no taxi (you have to order it in a super advance (until 9pm)). We wrote to Carlo so he could help us, and thanks to him he came to us at 4 a.m. and brought us to the airport, because there was no other way to go to the airport!!! If he wouldn't help us, i think we would go thier by foot! So we thank him once again and recommend this place for nice staying in Pisa.

Torneremo sicuramente

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il signor Carlo è stato disponibile, ci ha spiegato tutto e ha anche cambiato su nostra richiesta l'orario per il check-in. La casa era molto pulita, lenzuola ed asciugamani anche. Il wifi era veloce. Sia il letto che il divano letto erano comodi. La doccia era spaziosa e in bagno c'è anche un illuminazione in più nello specchio per potersi truccare ecc.

Ci sarebbe piaciuto trovare un po di caffè per poter utilizzare la moka e una bottiglia di acqua (sappiamo che non è dovuto ma avrebbe aggiunto un plus al nostro soggiorno). La strada è un po rumorosa perché siamo vicino un ospedale

Carlo è una persona squisita, è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze e ci ha anche dato tutte le informazioni utili in fase di checkin. La casa ha una cucina fornita dell’essenziale per cucinarsi, e il letto è davvero molto comodo. La zona è raggiungibile in autobus dal centro.

Per le mie esigenze è stata come me l’aspettavo.

La colazione non c'era

Piatti, posate, pentole erano sporche . Ho dovuto lavarli prima di usarli. Il microonde era sporco, non c'era il congelatore . Gli asciugamani erano pochi per due giorni di soggiorno, qualcuno in più non avrebbe guastato.
