Their "negligence", "poor communication" and the way of handling the complaint which is raising by the guests. From the day I booked, I was trying to inform them about my checkin and requesting for extended checkout to the host, and there is no response for a week from them and, they not even asked for the required documents before my checkin date. They sent some messages by requesting my documents which are required for checkin 10 mins before to my checkin time and I was not able to respond to their messages because of circumstances (rain, poor internet connections). After reaching to the location, I rtied to reach them through a phone number which they did provide here, but this number was not reachable. After my vacation, I was having mutliple chat with them to clarify this and they tried to justify to the messages which i didnt replied and they are not even answering to my following questions. Why they didnt requested for document from the date I booked. Why they even not responded for my messages (while informing my checkin and requesting for extended checkout) Why their phone number was not reachable. I consider this as their "negligence", "poor communication" and because of this 2 toddlers and 1 60+ aged women got suffered and drenched in rain. More than a money, it was really hurt to see your kids and parents suffering because of someone "negligence", "poor communication". Also I accept my mistake that i didnt respond to their message on my checkin date.

Non funzionava acqua calda cucina sciacquone del water e termosifoni, mi sono ammalato per i disservizi considerando il freddo che faceva.. nessuno che rispondeva ai miei reclami.. un incubo

Struttura datata e poco pulita Il bagno perdeva acqua e appena scaricavi ti cadeva l acqua in testa Prese inesistenti Cucina sporca Per fare il check in dalle 17 sono entrata alle 18 considerando che ho un neonato terribile a dir poco non consiglio il prezzo non è adeguato a mai più

L'appartamento è grande e vicino al centro

La pulizia è veramente pessima, formiche sul tavolo, lenzuola e asciugamani sporchi. Avrei forse speso 40€ per una notte, ma 130 è davvero inqualificabile

Организацията по настаняването ни беше пълен кошмар, изгубихме 2 часа от времето си, за да изпълним условията по настаняване от страна на домакина. Изпратен ни беше линк, в който трябваше да попълним нужната информация,направихме всичко необходимо,но въпреки това домакинът изискваше още информация,която ние нямахве опции да попълним, а и не беше необходимо според нас. Стояхме 2 часа пред вратата на жилището,докато накрая се появи домакинът и след като се увери,че не можем да направим нищо повече, накрая получихме кода за влизане в жилището. Необходимо е да уточня,че ако нямате интернет, нямате никакъв шанс за настаняване. Условията в жилището бяха задоволителни, чистотата беше на минимално ниво, а подът не беше почистван никога. Казанчето на тоалетната е развалено и ни костваха много усилия,за да успеем да пуснем водата. Изключително трудна комуникация с домакина преди престоя ни, опитах се неколкократно да се свържа с него по телефон ,вайбър и чрез букинг,но уви. Отговори ни в последния момент и то най-неучтиво ни отказа да си оставим багажа в жилището,под предлог,че имало почистваща фирма,което изобщо не е вярно, като вземе предвид нивото на чистота в жилището.
