A very specious room, car park a little tight to enter. Free bottle of wine a nice touch! We were only here for one night after arriving in Pisa. Needed a crash pad, then on to Florence the next day. It was perfect, great air-con, and 15 min walk to the town centre.

Great room (I had an apartment) for the night. Easy walk (15min) to Tower, churches and museums. Nice breakfast. I was able to check in early which was much appreciated. All at a great rate!

This property did great to help me check-in. Even though there was no front desk at the time I arrived, the instructions were clear and accurate. The information worked to get me in, so no issues to check-in. I wish it had a TV in the room but this was a minor thing compared to the rest.

Best location to reach Pisa tower. Quiet, clean, and breakfast is wholesome. Late entry was easy, with very detailed instructions.

I arrived after midnight and unfortunately there was no glasses/cups etc in room to even try and get a glass of water. Pillows on bed were lumpy. Breakfast was ok however.

Strong smell of cleaning agent lingering in the room all night… third bed - sofa bed poor condition … didn’t provide drinking water in the room … no kettle provided … no tissue paper in the washroom nor anywhere … but like the solar room and garden .. breakfast is good … staffs are friendly and helpful Suggest management fix the above issue thanks

The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm. The room was big and great, however O only have one complaint, the tv was ridiculously small to my liking. Overall my stay was excellent!

Nice place, not fancy, clean, good parking. Decent location, you need a car. Pisa has very poor transportation. No uber, good luck getting a taxi.

Great parking bidet sprayer heads need to be changed. Ventilation fans are needed in the room. If you left the doors open, mosquitoes came in. Breakfast was really good. Host and hostess were extremely accommodating. We felt safe and secure.

Liked the proximity to everything and free parking. Loved the ability to self check in. Only thing to consider in the future is adding a curtain to the glass entry door. When you have multiple guests using the living room as their sleeping space anyone can open the shutters and see right inside. No privacy.

the air condition is not working, so i need to open the window. i woke up by the sound of mosquitoes 3 times at night. and i got 4 bites on my face. a bit smell from the drain of the toilet.

This hotel is really cute. Perfect for a weekend, clean and the girl at reception is impeccable. Rosalia. The breakfast is delicious and rooms are very modern. Location is great. Walking distance to all bars and restaurants and to the tourist attractions. I highly recommend them.

Free and safe parking. Very nice environment and setup for breakfast, however, the breakfast is not rich and not much choice for guesses. The room space is ok, but no kettle nor coffee or tea bag is supplied. The mini kitchen is locked and cannot be used.

It was simple, as expected for a 2 star hotel. Would have liked to have seen more choices for breakfast. The water pressure for the shower was too low, so the water only drizzled through the shower head. Staff were really friendly and transport connections were great to Lucca and the Airport.

The hotel has a good location, it is only 15 minutes from the the leaning tower by foot. The walk is very easy, there is also a train station very close to the hotel.

We would stay here again. The room was immaculate, breakfast was very good, and it’s a great location; but customer service is not their strength. For example, although we are seasoned travelers; and despite Google having lead us directly to the front door of the hotel, we had a great deal of difficulty finding it. The only evidence of its existence is a sign painted on the wall of an adjacent building. Its paint is fading, located well above eye level, and perpendicular to the street. There is no lobby or anything to suggest there is a hotel behind the locked gate leading to the hotel’s front door. Its existence was finally affirmed by a guest who emerged from gate. She told us that “they don’t show up” until 3:00. Our reservation stipulated that check in began at 3:00 but we had hoped to check in early. We had lunch and returned shortly before 3:00; but the front door was still locked. We found another guest at 3;20-3:25, who let us in and pointed us to the room where the office was located. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant and said the front door shouldn’t have been locked. The remote control to our 17 inch TV didn’t work. I called the office to request another remote. They told me that they would send their “technical expert” to our room. She arrived in an our, confirmed that our remote didn’t work; and showed me how to change channels manually on the back of the TV; but she eventually found another remote. NICE HOTEL with a SKELETON STAFF
