Overall it was fine, but it could have been better with a bit more interest and attention

The location and the interaction with the host was great. The kitchen is equipped for a quick breakfast and a coffee.

It is VERY NOISY. We closed all the windows and the window’s covers and it was still impossible to sleep after 6 am. The mattress in the dormitory is bigger than the bed so one sleeps bad because it stays up. I think it could’ve been cleaner. Dust and dirt on the floor, mold in the bathroom… I would give it a 9/10 if windows changed and if would have been cleaner.

I wish we could stay longer.

The place is literally like mentioned in the pictures, location is perfect and in front of the river. 15 mins walking distance from the centrale station. The place is 1 main bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen along with a full bathroom with towels, shampoo and toilet paper. it was perfect for a family.

I wish we could stay longer, the place was fully booked and we could extend our stay. taxi's are not available after 11. We had to walk during midnight and the weather was really cold!

We had a generally good stay at the property — it was clean, well-maintained, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. The location is excellent: right by the river, very close to the city centre, within walking distance to the train station, and only about a 29-minute walk from the airport, which was super convenient.

However, there were two main issues that affected our comfort. First, the windows are old and wooden, and unfortunately, they don’t block out the noise from the street. The loud noise in the early mornings made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I would strongly recommend the owner consider upgrading the windows, as this would make a big difference. Secondly, the mattress in the main bedroom was quite firm and uncomfortable.

Pleasant and quiet stay

Very quiet place to stay not very far from train station and attractions (around 12 mins) or I would say this place is kind of midway between the train station and attractions. Easy check-in and check out. Large room for a family(We were a family of 4 with 2 kids). We love walking when visitng new places and we enjoyed the walk along the riverside. Many restaurants on the way to the attractions as well as next to the train stations. We were happy to find 2 Indian restaurants on the way :-).

Mieszkanie na krótki wyjazd

Na krótki wyjazd to naprawdę fajne mieszkanie. Łóżko w sypialni jest bardzo wygodne, łazienka ładna i zadbana, a w kuchni znajduje się wszystko, co potrzebne — nawet ekspres do kawy na kapsułki. W mieszkaniu było ciepło i komfortowo. Lokalizacja też na plus — wszędzie blisko, a na lotnisko można dojść pieszo w około 30 minut.

Z minusów: okna są nieszczelne, przez co słychać hałas z ulicy. Trochę szkoda też, że nie było możliwości późniejszego wymeldowania, mimo że byliśmy poza wysokim sezonem — w lutym.

Comodo

Posizione ottima, a ridosso della ztl, e facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi dalla stazione che in auto, appartamento ben abitabile, personale gentile e disponibile, bagno grande e comodo. A meno di 10 minuti a piedi c'è il parcheggio di piazza Vittorio Emanuele, utile per chi viene in auto, dato che i lungarni nel finesettimana sono ztl notturna e in zona trovare parcheggio è una chimera.

Mancavano gli asciugamani per il bidè, che non mi hanno dato nemmeno quando glieli ho chiesti (si vede che non sono proprio in dotazione) ma per ovviare mi hanno comunque dato degli asciugamani supplementari. Il letto e il divano letto non sono molto comodi. Non c'è una porta alla camera da letto, quindi non c'è privacy se si è in più di due

rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo data la posizione, adatta a non più di 3 persone, oppure una famiglia da 4 con due bambini piccoli, procedimento per prendere le chiavi abbastanza semplice, un pò meno sapere qual era la nostra camera, ma ci siamo riusciti con un paio di tentativi

mettere qualche boccetta di shampoo e\o sapone per il corpo in doccia, per il resto tutto in linea

Le charme de l’immeuble historique et de l’appartement. La superficie de la chambre et du salon. Appartement climatisé, idéal en pleine canicule. La localisation, proche des sites a visiter

Le bruit de la rue, les fenêtres ne sont pas isolées. La difficulté de se garer, l’appartement est en zone ZTL ( réservée aux résidents), des conseils sur des parkings seraient un vrai plus .

La posizione centralissima, ti permette di arrivare ovunque. L'unico problema informarsi sempre sull'attivazione dei varchi ZTL, soprattutto nella fase di scarico o carico dei bagagli.

Ottimo alloggio e posizione ma...attenti al traffico!

Non abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare l'host, tutto il check in-out si è svolto via whatsapp. L'appartamento era in ordine, caldo, pulito e attrezzato come da descrizione e foto. Consiglio solamente dei tappi per le orecchie e di insonorizzate le finestre per permettere un corretto riposo notturno. Purtroppo la posizione, è molto comoda, ma in una strada trafficata... sotto l'alloggio passano pullman, auto e camioncini e al mattino presto c'è lo svuotamento cassonetti rifiuti che fa un rumore pazzesco. A parte questo tutto positivo!

Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia una notte e consigliamo

Appartamento pulito, ben attrezzato (macchina espresso, frigo, forno, fornelli elettrici) in posizione strategica a 10’ da Piazza dei Miracoli e molto pratico da raggiungere, anche a piedi dalla stazione.

L'appartamento è particolare perché ha un bel pavimento e un bel bagno

Non ci sono porte, né per la camera né per il soggiorno per cui c'è un evidente problema di riservatezza. Inoltre le finestre non hanno doppi vetri per cui si sentono tutti i rumori della strada!

AMABILIDAD

Muy bonito y confortable; céntrico, al lado del rio Arno, andando vas a todas partes. Cercano a súper y restaurantes, tiendas etc y a unos 15 MNS de la estación de tren. Andrea, súper amable, nos acompaño al alojamiento, ya que somos 2 personas con baja visión y se nos complicaba todo. GRACIAS ANDREA!

Für eine Nacht gerade okay.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war perfekt und bei einem Problem mit dem Schlüssel wurde schnell geholfen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet...für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung.

Die Lage ist direkt an einer gut befahrenen Straße und alle Fenster (einfach verglast) gehen zur Straße raus. Der Verkehr (vor allem die Mofafahrer) ist leider auch in der Nacht recht ordentlich und laut. Allgemein sehr hellhörig im Haus. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer ist leider komplett durchgelegen. Zum Glück nur eine Nacht gebucht.
