The property is located in a very good area. It is positioned precisely opposite the Law University, very close to the main road by Arno river. In the vicinity there were bars, restaurants and shops.

The apartment was generally well maintained. I would suggest keeping the kitchen a little cleaner.

Would I stay there again: yes.

Communication with the owner was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were quick and convenient. Everything we needed was provided. The owner also shared valuable tips to help us make the most of our visit to Pisa.

Good location, but cold, noisy, dirty.

Good location Good enough to stay one night

The apartment was in poor condition- ceilings and walls were dirty, and there was a strange smell throughout. The bathroom was extremely small, making it hard to move around. Despite closed windows, street noise was very loud. The apartment was also very cold, with exposed brick ceilings adding to the chill.

We had a great time in Pisa. The apartment was lovely, everything looks exactly as in photos. The location was great, close to the leaning tower, near to the river and easy to find restaurants nearby.

Explored all of Tuscany, great location

The location was great, we were a close walk from the centre of Pisa and the leaning tower. The train station was a 15 min walk which was very convenient as we travelled to Florence. Apartment comfortably fit 5 people with a great kitchen. Also owner had great communication very fast replies and very helpful with any questions. I would highly recommend.

This is a superbly located apartment sleeping 5, in the centre of Pisa. Libero, the owner was incredibly helpful and gave invaluable advice prior to our arrival. The apartment was clean, cosy and well equipped. We loved it! Grazie Libero!

Not that good, No value for money

Location was good, walking distance from train station and to pisa tower. Check-in process was quick and hostel provided few information.

Not cleaned properly, mosquitos and silverfish insect was seen in the room. Bathroom was small. No proper light fittings in the room. Less utensils in the kitchen and also small kitchen. 2nd floor with no lift. No wifi details in the room, but host reachable to get the details. No smartTV.

Excellent apartment in Pisa

We loved our stay in the apartment as it was very clean and comfortable and in a great location. The host provided excellent information (restaurants, museums etc) which was very useful. I would definitely recommend staying here if you wish to stay in a comfortable place close to all the sights of Pisa (10 minutes' walk to the Leaning Tower).

O sedere stresanta in Pisa

Apartament localizat in partea centrala a orasului, se ajunge repede la biserica, turn si zidul orasului. Dupa dezbateri indelungate, gazda a facut un efort sa modifice numarul de turisti pentru taxa de oras deoarece nu toti membrii grupului au stat pe durata intregii sederi.

A fost o sedere stresanta, din mai multe motive: - taxa ascunsa (scrisa in strafundurile Booking-ului) de 6 EUR / persoana pentru lenjerii de pat si prosoape ( o taxa insultatoare, de ce crezi ca ma cazez peste noapte, sa stau pe scaun la masa din bucatarie ?! ) de care ni s-a spus in ziua cazarii - taxa de lenjerii si taxa de oras trebuie platite doar cash, nu se accepta card/transfer si nu se ofera chitanta pentru ele - in apartament a fost frig, gazda iti spune sa nu te atingi de termostat pentru ca e controlat de la distanta si setat pe 20 de grade, dar de multe ori se vedea ca era oprit (inclusiv peste noapte, iar dimineata era destul de frig) - de asemenea, gazda invoca motivul razboiului dintre Rusia si Ucraina pentru temperatura scazuta (pret ridicat al gazelor) - strada e destul de zgomotoasa in timpul noptii, recomand dopurile de urechi

L'emplacement est top, pas trop loin de la gare et proche du centre historique. Les photos et descriptifs du propriétaire sont un plus.

Les 6 € par personne pour les draps et serviettes, c'est abusé, d'autant plus que les oreillers et alèse mériteraient un bon lavage.

Wysłał przydatne informacje na temat Pisy. Lokalizacja świetna, z widokiem na Palazzo Blue. Głośno, jak to w centrum i wiekowym budynku. Łazienka mała, ale bez problemu daliśmy radę. Za te cenę, nie ma się czego czepiać. Polecam 100%
