Cosy 2 bedrooms apartment in old-style building close to the historic center. Well equipped apartment. Professional host. Thanks for the wine! All you need is nearby and you can reach it on foot. The train and bus stations are resonably nearby. Great place for a short stay in Pisa and to explore Toscana.

We had some delay unlocking the front door, as internet coverage there is weak. You should load the e-kay application earlier - before you get to the square, so you can avoid this. Also be ready to climb some stairs (3 floors).

We loved Pisa and our stay

The apartment it is located on the third floor of a typical tuscan tower house. There is no elevator but we did not mind that at all. Its a combination of the ancient with the modern. To get into the building you need to have a pass which the owner will provide it along with all the details of how to get in and the use of the apartment… pretty neat as a system. More: The apartment is located in the full center in one of the most famous squares in Pisa. The square is pedestrian, no cars can circulate and there are many places where you can have a good aperitif or dinner. The square during the day is quiet but starting around 6pm it is filled with tables and lively and happy people of all ages enjoying food and drinks. Pisa is a small town and is walkable. We walked from and to the airport, about 30min normal walk; walked to the train station, about 15 min, walked to the Tower about 20 min… we walked everywhere… About 3 min walk there is a long pedestrian shopping street full of shops and caffetteria.

The apartment is located in a VERY GOOD location in a Piazza. Everything was close, Bars, Restaurants, Supermarket, Shopping shops. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed (an iron-hairdryer-washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen). I just wanted to add that the apartment is on the last floor and there is no lift. I will DEFINITELY opt to choose La Pera Suite Apartment again - A special thanks goes to Carolina :) 24hrs of response, and always looking out for guests. THANK YOU

Central location made it easy to go back and relax. Host was very helpful and checked in on us.

Location was very good, although it was on 3rd floor. Air conditioning was very efficient and kept bedrooms lovely and cool. Bedrooms were comfortable.

It would have been nice to have more seating in lounge area. Bathroom was quite small.

The property was ideal for our family of 4. The location was perfect for all of the places we wanted to see/explore. The property was well equipped with all the things we needed for our stay. The host was extremely helpful from the time of booking right up until our arrival home!

The size of the rooms and the complete kitchen with washer. The host, Andrea Pagano, was friendly and provided us with suggestions for places to visit and restaurants to eat at. He also addressed any issues we had with the apartment. There’s an Indian restaurant and an Italian restaurant which have excellent food at a reasonable price in the plaza in front of the apartment .

Lack of parking nearby. Not a deal breaker though. The apartment was on the top floor and there isn’t an elevator so it’s a bit tiring to carry all your bags to the apartment and then climb the same stairs after every trip around the city.

wonderful place, worm and cosy house. It’s very well connected with the town. you don’t need to take any bus to move around. The apartment had everything, bed for our wee one, plenty of space. You could cook wash, this makes you feel like home. I am very happy and satisfied about this holiday. would definitely come back again

Great, centrally located apartment.

The apartment is in great location. Halfway between the Train Station and the Cathedral/ Tower (15 mins either way). It's close to the river and main shopping street and small supermarkets just 2 minutes away. Even the airport is only a 25 minute walk. It's situated in a secluded piazza with a few bars and restaurants and a great family atmosphere. The apartment is lovely. Very comfortable with all facilities accounted for. Iron, spare bedding, towels, kitchen equipment etc. I will certainly recommend it to friends and family. Pisa is wonderful place to visit with such a nice atmosphere in the town.

Exceptional

Pisa is a notoriously difficult location to find a suitable accommodation, but you can count on this one. It is situated next to a small charming square in the old town centre, right next to the river, but very well accessible even by foot from both the airport and the central train station. The communication with the hosts is excellent and timely. The apartment is equipped with all you could possibly need for a great vacation, whether you decide to enjoy a dinner in one of the restaurants down on the square or stay in a cook it yourself - there is a convenience store right behind the corner. It comfortably fits four people in two cosy bedrooms and has a nice common kitchen/living room area where you can hang out together. We spent a lot of time researching the accommodation options around the town before our trip and this one definitely is a winner.

Excellent location within easy reach of everything. The restaurants in the piazza were a great bon

The location is great. 10 minutes to the train station and maybe 15 minutes to the tower. There are several wine bars and restaurants in the piazza which were all good quality too so that meant dinner was an easy option after a long day on your feet.

We arrived in a heat wave so found it very difficult to sleep at night. Not really something the hosts could anticipate but the provided air con unit was very noisy at night.

Superb

Very nice and centrally located apartment. Spacious bedrooms. Close to main shopping street and within walking distance to tourist attractions and railway station. Restaurants on the piazza just outside the buliding. The host was very service minded.

It can be hot in Pisa at Summer time. The apartment did not have aircon, but the host bought a new fan after our first night so that both bedrooms were equipped with fans to cool down. Great service!

Host was very helpful, everyday he was checking on us if we liked the place and the city I would like to highlight new child bed he bought just for us Accomodation was great, clean and with present included We got all the information right after check-in about the city, trips etc. We would use this accomodation again in case of next trip to Pisa

Fajny, duży apartament w świetnej lokalizacji i w dobrej cenie.

Fajny duży apartamenty z dwiema sporymi sypialniami. W każdej klimatyzacja. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do dworca, sklepów, restauracji. Apartament znajduje się przy fajnym placu, gdzie wieczorem spotyka się mnóstwo ludzi. Przez to jest trochę głośno ale nam to w ogóle nie przeszkadzało. Bym zapomniał, świetny kontakt z opiekunką apartamentu Carol :) Co chwilę się pytała czy wszystko w porządku, czy potrzebujemy jakiejś pomocy, czy coś polecić. W apartamencie znajdują się informacje o Pizie i okolicy, co zobaczyć, gdzie smacznie zjeść itp. Polecam :)

Très bien climatisé quand il fait chaud. Les équipements sont plutôt bien. L'hôte est sympa. Parfait pour une famille de quatre personnes.

La machine à laver était cassée. Après avoir prévenu l'hôte, nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser. Nous avons dû laver nos vêtements dans une laverie à l'extérieur. La salle de bain est très petite et peu agréable.

Mieszkanie przestronne, czyste, wygodne łóżka. Dobrze wyposażone we wszystko, co potrzebne podczas pobytu. Doskonała lokalizacja ze względu na bliskość ścisłego centrum, dworca, lotniska, sklepów i restauracji.

Trzeba mieć na uwadze, że hałas z restauracji pod mieszkaniem trwa do około 1-2 w nocy, potem następuje sprzątanie stolików, zasuwanie żelaznych rolet, w międzyczasie pojawiają się głośni spacerowicze... Hałas trwa co najmniej do 3 w nocy, a od 5 rano już zaczynają się hałasy poranne (śmieciarki, motocykle).

De locatie was fantatsisch, aan een super gezellig pleintje, net achter de hoofdstraat. Wij waren met het vliegtuig en wilden alles lopend en met openbaar vervoer doen. Dit was geweldig goed te doen.

Eigenlijk niets viel tegen. Het is een mooie plek, centraal gelegen. op de bovenste verdieping van een rustig gebouw. Midden in de stad, vlakbij alle bezienswaardigheden met alle gemakken voorzien.

Apartamento perfeito.

A localização é perfeita. Próximo a Corso Itália que é a rua onde tem todas as lojas que você imaginar, próximo a supermercado (2 minutos)e fica numa praça super movimentada com vários bares e restaurantes. A noite a praça ferve de pessoas mas você dorme tranquilo, pois praticamente não se ouve nada do apartamento. Lugar bem equipado, com camas confrontáveis e a Carolina foi super eficiente em tudo que precisamos. Tivemos garrafa de água na geladeira e um vinho maravilhoso de cortesia.

Não tenha nada que eu não tenha gostado. O apartamento é no terceiro andar, mas não deixe que isso te impeça de se hospedar nesse apartamento maravilhoso, com a melhor localização possível. Amei tudo

Mieszkanie przewyższyło moje oczekiwania. Wszystkie udogodnienia, które zostały wypisane w opisie mieszkania były przygotowana przed naszym przyjazdem. Czysto, komfortowo, kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona,lodówka, pralka z suszarką - rewelacja. Czyściutka, pachnąca pościel, ręczniki również. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko supermarket i piekarnia. Centrum miasta w bardzo dogodnej odległości. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Szampan na powitanie. Dziękujemy. Polecam ten apartament. Na pewno będziecie zadowoleni.
