Nice room. Good bed in a very old appartement bloc. Refurbishment is very well done. Just one thing the acoustic decouplement of the floors and waterpiping has not been thought off (or not been possible?)

Clean, new and spacious room. Great location - equidistant between the airport and the city centre. About 10 min walk. Federico was a great host. Welcoming, friendly and very responsive to all questions.

Very nice place with parking available in the surroundings. Federico, the hostess was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and neat as shown in the pictures. Would stay here again.

Federico, the host absolute best I’ve had. Room was big and clean (room number 2), distance from airport walkable even with luggage and 20 mins from city center. If you want to have nice time and have good place to visit Pisa and other cities (3 min from train station) you can’t find a better place with better host.
