prima volta in questo posto e posso dire che è andato tutto benissimo, il proprietario è stata una persona molto carina e disponibile per qualsiasi problema. posizione approvata, per chi arriva dalla stazione o dall’aeroporto, penso sia molto comodo, solo 10 min a piedi per entrambi i casi. la stanza che ho prenotato era equipaggiata bene, pulita ed accogliente, spero di poterci tornare presto!

purtroppo i muri non sono molto insonorizzati, infatti sentivo sempre abbastanza forte i rumori che producevano i vicini di stanza quando utilizzavano il bagno, ma a parte questo esperienza positiva. a me non ha fatto nessun effetto negativo, ma ci tengo comunque ad aggiungere (soprattutto per coloro che potrebbero trovarlo una noia) che gli aerei passano vicino quindi può capitare di sentirli, ma a parer mio non è una sensazione così fastidiosa.

My wife and I were looking for somewhere to stay local to the airport. We were planning to stay overnight but realised our late flight would be an inconvenience. However, we were reassured that this wasn’t a problem and honestly we were so impressed by the fact that Katia met us at the entrance. At night! Wow! Thankyou Katia and Frederico. When we were taken up to the room we were completely sold on the place. It fit our needs perfectly. It appeared to be simple in layout but it was well considered and executed from a design and finishing perspective. Clearly someone spent a lot of time thinking about serving their customers and making sure the room was designed for rest. Well done to all involved! There is a shared dining area but to be honest it was not a problem at all it seemed to add to the quirkiness of the apartment and had everything you needed for a hot drink, storing your drinks etc. In conclusion, this is a spotlessly clean, modern facility that we have every plan to come back to when exploring Pisa and surrounding areas. It is close to Pisa International airport and Pisa Centrale train station and we walked to and from both. Genuinely, I can’t express our delight enough and we are looking forward to visiting again.

Everything in the room was great. The apartment itself also was. The host welcomed us with AC on in the room and apartment which was extremely appreciated given the extreme heat that was in Pisa when we arrived there. Highly appreciated, super near the airport, both by car and walk if one wants!

Good localization (close to the airport, not that far from city center and around 40min from Pisa's tower on foot), the room was big and overall nice cannot complain from that side

There is a shared space next to the door of this room (nr 1) - we had terrible guests from other rooms that were coughing, blowing nose and doing other noises - if you're sick stay in your room. The same with leaving lights for whole night or not closing the main doors to the apartement after leaving. Apart from that you we could hear noises from other rooms as well - crying kid for example, so the rooms are not soundproof at all - quite the opposite. After my previous review and compaints about the noise I got a message from owner that there were "earplugs to help those who are more sensitive to noise" - sorry but I don't want to sit in earplugs for X hours bcs I want some peace. The rest was fine, but the noise, the behaviour of other tenants - not acceptable.
