The Galaxy House

The location is good—not too far from the airport or the train station. It was a nice touch to find a breakfast kit in the room and have the option to make coffee in the shared kitchen. The room was clean and tidy. The apartment has three separate rooms for three separate guests. It was reasonably quiet. There is an elevator available for those who might find it difficult to climb stairs.

After arriving from the airport, we had to wait a long time for someone to come and let us into the apartment. We stood in the hot sun for over an hour. Also, the phone number provided via Booking.com was incorrect; no one answered. If you need to call, you have to look for the number on the apartment door. Only then were we able to get in touch.

The apartment was perfectly clean and comfortable.

We arrived around 9pm, I advised the property that was the earliest we time I would arrive. There was no clear signage on the building. Despite pressing the buzzer for the galaxy house for at least 5 minutes, there was no answer. Both the number on the buzzer and the number listed on booking.com were unobtainable. I messaged the property via booking.com and was advised eventually someone was on their way to allow us access. Given that I had travelled alone as a female with my 2 young daughters, this caused a lot of anxiety and upset.
