Piza City Break

Great contact with the host – you’re provided with lots of useful information and have the option to perform a self check-in. Very convenient location – you can get there on foot from the airport or railway station in under 15 minutes. The rooms are cozy and clean. If you’re looking for an affordable apartment for a larger group, this is a great option that I highly recommend.

It's was close to the train station , airport, close to the shop, comfortable beds ,everything that was needed was there, very good contact with the owner ,enter to the building any time.

A wee bit small shower because I'm pregnant was not comfortable to get in, but overall, all good;)

Great communication with the host before, during and after our stay. Perfect location, comfortable beds. Walked from airport and to train station. Could also walk to main sights of Pisa.

Garden courtyard could be better furnished but it was only spring. Would probably be a lovely place to chill out in the summer.

Spacious apartment, clean bed linen and towels, easy access,very close to the Eurospin supermarket, the Pisa Centrale train station, the Airport, the bus station from where you take the buses to the beaches of Pisa Marina, Tirrenia. Even though it is close to the train station, the airport, there is no noise at night, so you can sleep peacefully. The apartment is equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher etc. It is located on the ground floor of a block of flats and you have access to a private garden. The host was very nice and gave us useful information about Pisa.

That we had to throw the garbage away, which was a bit difficult because the garbage containers on the street can only be accessed with the card, except for those for glass

Place 10 min walk from everything

Nice apartment with a garden. We didn't have time to use the garden but it seemed nice. 10 minute walk to the airport and 10 minute walk to Pisa and 10 minute walk to the station if you want to go to Florence. Also the best pizza in Pisa 50 meter. Great wifi for the kids and helpful host.

Great location, next to a supermarket, parking, not far from the city center. Quiet and peaceful place. Very friendly owner, tries to help and solve any question you have. We had some problems with cleanliness in the apartment, but the owner solved them immediately, without any problem.

Old building with cosmetic repairs. Be ready there are a lot of mosquitoes everywhere!

Für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht geeignet!! Hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt.

Der Kater, der uns besuchen kam.

Angegeben war, dass sich die gesamte Wohnung im Erdgeschoss befindet, nebenstehend war ein Rollstuhlsymbol zu sehen. Da ich auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen bin, habe ich mich auf diese Angaben verlassen. Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass es an der Haustür eine Stufe zu überwinden gab und im Haus bis zur Wohnungstür weitere fünf Stufen. Dies ist Vorspiegelung falscher Tatsachen!!! Ohne die Unterstützung meiner Freunde hätte ich diese Wohnung gar nicht nutzen können. Für eine/n vollständig inmobilen Rollstuhlfahrer/in wäre der Urlaub bereits an der Haustür zu Ende gewesen! Den Schlüssel für die Wohnung konnten wir erst nach Rücksprache mit der Vermieterin entnehmen, da vergessen wurde, die Funktion zu aktivieren. Die Vermieterin hat sich während der 19 Tage nicht einmal sehen lassen und sich auf Rückfragen per Mail beschränkt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist für 4 Erwachsene vollkommen ungenügend. So gibt es nicht ausreichend Geschirr, es gibt ein kleines Schneidebrett, ein nicht funktionierendes Messer, einen kleinen und einen großen Topf ohne passende Deckel, zwei vollkommen verkrazte Pfannen. Ein kleiner Tisch für max. 4 Personen steht an der Wand. Die Unterkunft verfügt aber über zwei Doppelzimmer und zwei Einzelbetten, so dass 6 Personen darin wohnen können. Das Bad ist sehr eng, mit Rollstuhl nicht nutzbar. Außerdem ist im Bad an der Wand und an der Duschwanne deutlicher Schimmel. Die Toilettenspülung läuft notorisch und es gibt einen kleinen Haken im ganzen Bad! Die zwei Doppelzimmer sind in Ordnung, im Zimmer mit den Einzelbetten ist es an einer Wand feucht und in der Klimaanlage hatten sich Nager eingenistet. Im Garten, auch dieser ist nur über drei Stufen erreichbar, steht ein großer Tisch, allerdings stehen im Eck auch mehrere Mülltonnen zum Sortieren, sowie eine Klimaanlage. Es gibt zwei dünne Wäscheleinen. Wir waren im September dort und der Garten war die ganze Zeit schattig und kalt, sodass die Wäsche sehr schlecht trocken konnte.

Super pour une famille !

Bel appartement en rez-de-chaussée, propre et confortable, bien climatisé. Très calme le soir et la nuit. Le logement est bien situé par rapport à la gare et à l'aéroport. Tous les équipements sont disponibles (machine à laver, cuisine entièrement équipée, etc.). Très pratique d'avoir une épicerie à deux pas ! Interactions avec l'hôte faciles et fréquentes.

Le quartier n'est pas nécessairement le plus beau de la ville (il y a une vague odeur d'égout et des chantiers assez bruyants à proximité), mais il est calme le soir, et la localisation du logement permet d'atteindre facilement les points principaux à visiter. Le tri des déchets est un peu complexe; la signalétique pourrait être à revoir. A noter, le logement ne comporte pas de pièce commune (hormis la cuisine), donc à plus que 4 personnes, cela peut être un peu réduit pour se retrouver ensemble. Le jardin est accessible et agréable, mais il faisait très chaud pendant notre séjour, donc difficile d'y sortir pendant la journée. Autre élément à noter : il faut absolument avoir une connexion internet pour pouvoir accéder au logement depuis l'extérieur, ce qui peut être un inconvénient pour les voyageurs internationaux qui n'ont pas de forfait data.

Totul perfect , niciodată nu am stat într-o locație pe booking mai bună ca aceasta , absolut tot ce ai nevoie , atât în casă cat si totul aproape ! Aeroport , centrul istoric , gara , totul totul , personal care se preocupă de vacanță ta , mereu au fost prezenți prin a mă întreba dacă totul este bine , am nevoie de ceva , sunt gata să îți sară în ajutor !
