We were just in Pisa for one night and 7 Rooms provided the perfect base to explore from. It's really well positioned, clean and the welcome was super friendly. The breakfast was buffet style and they provided such a marvelous range of cakes and savory options.

The B&B was perfectly located. Just few meters from the tower. The room was spacious and very clean. The area was safe with lots of options to eat and shop.

Great location just down the street from the leaning tower with lots of restaurants around. Also a botanical garden nearby which was lovely. Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent in a lovely setting on the rooftop porch. Parking was a challenge and would have a appreciated more info up front about the parking process as the 15 euro/day is for street parking blocks away and has to be renewed every morning with a new pass for the dashboard. Also information about no car zones would have been helpful too.

I really enjoy the stay as the room is comfortable and very clean. The air con condition is good. The staff is so nice and we are lucky that to meet the owner, he is a very friendly guy, he even made the coffee for us during the breakfast. Nice chat with him. The breakfast got lots of choice which is out of my expectation and you can really enjoy the food on the beautiful terrace under the lovely sunshine. The hotel is very close to Pisa Tower, just a few minus walk to the landmarks, though great restaurants around, but not noise at the night.

Luca immediately welcomed us and was so informative, exceptional customer service! The building is beautiful, the room was very spacious and the art work and style of the room was amazing! The B&B is in a fantastic location with views of Pisa Tower and the terrace off the room was such a bonus. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace and wow the views were magnificent and the food choices were plentiful. We will definitely return here 5*

This place is fantastic, we loved ended our holiday in Italy with our last night in Pisa. Safe, clean, easy to find, very knowledgeable what more can I say. If you are staying in Pisa this was perfect for us and our two teenagers. Many thanks

Amazing location only 2 minutes walk from Piazza die miracoli. Room was spacious and beautifully decorated with an enormous balcony overlooking a small piazza. Generous continental breakfast with fresh fruit, cakes, cheese and cereals in a lovely breakfast room with pretty terrace. Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend

The rooms are located in a nice place. Unfortunately you can't use the terraces as you expected. Breakfast is modest but it is included in the price. Minus that check-out is until 10am and they don't have a luggage storage

Luca and his staff are fabulous. This location could not be better if you are looking to do the leaning tower and the surrounding area. Area is filled with lovely shops, historical sites, and great restaurants. The room is comfortable, clean, and has lovely air conditioning! Should I return to the Pisa area? There is no place I will be staying other than here!

What a quaint little place that we happened to find online That actually matched it's pictures, location, and comfort. We booked 1 room for family of 4, two queen size beds and it was perfect. The location is in direct vicinity to a lot that is happening close to the Pisa tower. It was easy to contact someone as we showed up late and no issue being in. The breakfast outdoor patio was amazing. Great find for us!

The room was so lovely, beautifully decorated, very spacious, comfortable, very clean. There was more than enough storage space. Location could not be beat. Host was more than helpful and the breakfast had many options. After a long day of sight seeing, we enjoyed a glass of wine on the terrace. Highly recommend!
