Nice central apartment in a quite location

Very good location, close to the station and also walkable to touristic objects. At the same time is very calm. The apartment is nice and clean, just a little bit dark. The terrace is quite big, but there is no table, just two chairs. Overall it’s a good choice for a short stay.

It´s a small apartment with one bedroom and one sofa bed in the kitchen/living room. The bathroom was spotless clean. Overall, it was a comfortable place to spend the night. It is within a walking distance from the train station and the Pisa Tower.

Good

The accommodation is well located to the city centre, good for an overnight stay. The beach is about 30 minutes by car. The kitchen is not too well equipped. We didn't know that two people would be sleeping on the couch instead of 4 beds, but for one night it was possible but not very comfortable.

Very good location close to train station, short walk to city center and attractions. Nice, quiet area with coffee shops, pizzerias, supermarket, everything you needed. Apartment has everything we needed Sofa bed was bit uncomfortable,but that is to be expected with that type of bed. Aircon and wifi good. Host responded promptly to all questions. Would definitely stay again.

Nice interior with disturbing details

Nice host, smooth checkin and checkout, apartment near the city centre. Fine designed interior, especially in the master bedroom.

Dirty kitchen shelves & utensils and lack of cleaning in the fridge (stains from the previous guest). Poorly equipped kitchen. Dust in the living room, fallen curtain at arrival - as if they hadn't had enough time to clean the apartment before we arrived. Slowly flowing sewer hole in the shower and washbasin. Awful noise every night in the street, air conditioning had a very low performance, so we had to choose between heat and noise at night.

Modern ,well equipped spacious apartment with ground floor terrace, only 10 minutes walk from the station,downtown and the Tower complex,great large walk in shower,happy to recommend and would happily stay again.

Nice cool apartment close to the centre of town. Lovely terrace to sit out on. Big bathroom. Would stay again.

Living area lighting was very bright which wasn't very relaxing. Could have had a couple more pictures to make it more homely. Something to dry clothes on would have been helpful. No information or instructions about the area or apartment.

Good choice for a group of up to 4 to visit Pisa. You may struggle to find a parking space though.

The location is good, walking distance to most of the main attractions and to the train station. The rooms are nice and clean.

I used filter for "parking" when searched for an accommodation because we planned to hire a car, and this place is listed as with free parking. However it's extremely difficult to find a parking space nearby, and it's not free. It's ok that we had to pay for parking but I'd wish we knew it when we made our booking.

The location is very near to both Pisa Leaning Tower & Pisa Centrale Station. Irene was very kind and gave the check in details very clearly and it was easily accessible. I really enjoyed the stay.

You deserve something better than this

1. 10 mins walk from the train station (on the way to the touristic area). 2. There are 2 apartments, next to each other, at the ground floor, both rented by the host. But you don't know this when you make the booking. Basically it's a loterry which one you will receive when you arrive: the 1st one is ok'ish, the 2nd one is a dump. The only advantage of these apartments is that you don't sleep on the street.

1. The 2nd apartment (the one we were unfortunate to receive) is basically empty, except one bed in the bedroom and the extended couch and a table in the kitchen. Empty walls, empty floor, all cold, all empty, like a cave... very unwelcoming. 2. When we arrived everything was ice-cold and even if we turned the heating on, the 1st night we slept basically in an igloo. the 2nd night I guess was slightly warmer cause of the day before. 2. The windows face directly the street so you hear all the traffic and all the people on the street, like sleeping with open windows. 3. Of course the walls are paper-thin so you hear everything from everywhere. 4. The kitchen is very minimal and the 2nd bed (for the child) is an extended couch in the kitchen, next to the fridge, so impossible to sleep (also in the kitchen the smell is... not so sweet). 5. The beds are very unconfortable and squeaky. It's obvious that the host is targeted to make money with these 2 apartments, without any investment, without any effort to make you feel welcome (hey, in the end you're just a tourist, you pay and go!), just to rip you off your money. Very profit oriented, without any minimal comfort.

Clean apartment, good position, 10-15 minutes from the center of Pisa and 7-10 minutes from the central train station.

One point I recommend is: disposable slippers for guests.
