Good value, all about the location which is right where you want to be. If you just need a base to freshen up and sleep

The sofa bed - which wasn’t used - is not really adequate as a sofa, so there’s no option to relax with TV etc really.

Wonderful B&B

Lovely B&B! We had asked for 2 twin beds and we got a queen size bed. It cost about 15-20 Euros to get to the old scenic part of Florence from the B&B. Odette was very helpful. Overall great!

Shower and toilet seats too close may be a problem for people with disabilities, we could manage it was a good stay though!

The apartment is located in the centre of Pisa, very close to shops, restaurants and attractions. A self check-in was a very convenient option for us due to late arrival time in Pisa. Communication with the owner was very easy, beds were comfortable and the appartment was clean.

It was quite cold when we arrived due to low outdoor temperature. Some spare blankets would be great during cooler months.

Super zentrale Unterkunft, viel Platz und alles da was in einer Wohnung vorhanden sein sollte, uneingeschränkt weiter em

Sehr schöne große Wohnung mit viel Platz, alles da was man braucht, Küche, Bad, drei große Betten und genug Platz für 5 Personen. Super zentral gelegen, mit Kindern 10 min zu Fuß bis zum Spot ( Schiefer Turm von Pisa ), viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen und shoppen vor der Tür. Sehr netter Kontakt, er hat uns sogar mit einem Problem nach unserem Aufenthalt weitergeholfen und geregelt obwohl er es nicht hätte müssen. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen und weiter empfehlen.

Naprostá spokojenst!

Ubytování bylo naprosto skvěle, půl hodiny chůzi od letiště, přímo v centru, kousek od věže Pisa. Majitel ve všem nápomocen, skvěle připravené materiály s informacema. Syn mi onemocněl, pan majitel mi ve všem pomohl, našel a poradil. Pokud do Pisy zase pojedeme, rozhodně se ráda vrátím právě sem!

Buena ubicación. Buen anfitrión, manda PDFs con mucha información de cómo llegar y del check in. De hecho gracias a él no caímos en la estafa del bus del aeropuerto que es carísimo.

Relax a due passi dai Miracoli!

Appartamento accogliente in centro città, molto pulito e con tutto il necessario (anche articoli di prima necessità). Host molto disponibile, sempre a disposizione per informazioni e chiarimenti, con risposte in tempi molto celeri. Indicazioni per raggiungerlo molto precise ed affidabili. Molto comodo per chi vuole visitare la città in uno o due giorni, vicino a luoghi di maggior interesse (Piazza dei miracoli, Orto Botanico, Borgo Stretto, lungarno) e alle principali osterie e negozi della città. Posto auto a pagamento a circa 5 minuti a piedi lungo la strada (tariffa giornaliera 4€), in alternativa gratuito a circa 15 min a piedi. Attenzione particolare alle esigenze del cliente (ho trovato un seggiolone e un vasino disponibili in appartamento, avendo specificato che c’era un bimbo di due anni). Che dire, ottima scelta e consigliatissimo!

Muy bien situado y buen aire acondicionado.

Para 5 personas no demasiado cómodo porque hay que dormir 2 sofás camas en el salón, pero se puede. Mejor si hubiera otro dormitorio. El cuarto de baño mejorable. Pero lo demás ok.

No era lo que esperana

Lo centrico que esta y el buen trato del personal. Me da rabia no poder valorarlo mejor ya que fueron muy amables y nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes de la hora del check-in.

La verdad que me esperaba otra cosa. La vivienda no estaba limpia, la pared de la ducha tenia suciedad de “vieja” y habia pelusas…

Edoardo oltre ad essere molto organizzato è anche molto disponibile, durante la vacanza presso la sua struttura è stato sempre presente dal check-in al check out. La casa si trova in un vicolo centralissimo, da lì a piedi è possibile raggiungere i principali luoghi di interesse di Pisa, su tutti piazza dei miracoli circa 5 minuti a piedi. Voto a Edoardo 10, voto alla struttura 7.

Il bagno e la pulizia sono da migliorare.

Più al centro non si può

Letti comodissimi, lenzuola bianche e con odore di fresco e pulito, posizione eccellente. Edoardo molto gentile e disponibile. Grazie di tutto! Consigliatissimo

Suggerirei di far trovare agli ospiti una bottiglia d'acqua fresca, dei tovaglioli in cucina, dei prodotti da bagno monouso oltre alla carta igienica sigillata e delle salviette per il bidet. Il check in, se possibile, in presenza per evitare invio documenti.

La vicinanza al. Centro e la praticità di potersi muovere in autonomia senza macchina. Il. Proprietario è stato molto preciso e disponibile. La struttura aveva tutti i servizi necessari e 6 posti letto!

Purtroppo la rete fognaria di Pisa in centro è un po' problematica nessuna colpa all'appartamento. Suggerirei una macchina da caffè a capsule.

Fajne mieszkanie na krótki pobyt.

Bardzo dobry kontakt w Właścicielem, mieszkanie w centrum miasta, wszędzie blisko. Mieszkanie składa się z dwóch pokoi, w jednym są dwa podwójne łóżka oraz kuchnia. W drugim podwójne łóżko. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, praktycznie znajdziemy tam wszystko. Mieszkanie jest ciemne. Spaliśmy tam jedną noc - dla Nas w zupełności wystarczające , na dłuższy pobyt do przemyślenia.

L’host nonostante non siamo riusciti a vederlo dato il nostro arrivo in tarda serata si é mostrato gentile e disponibile. mandando due file PDF ben scritti forniti di indicazioni e consigli sul girare la città.
